Kinshara - Provisional recruitment

I can't put this up in the PG forum until the Kinshara have officially been sanctioned, but I'm starting the recruitment process now.

The Tarot Hierarchy are having a nice, cosy life in the PG Headquarters almost completely unopposed. I intend to help give them a little competition.

I need man/womanpower. It doesn't matter whether you are new or have been here ten years, we need you to help get the Kinshara going and running as Althanas's newest PG.
