[Storm Veritas]

Here you go:

“The Might of Moxie” takes place deep in the jungle of Dheathain. The core participants include Tobias Salt, Logan McCloud, Cydnar, John (redford), Storm Veritas and Philomel. Moderated by Cards of Fate, the boss battle rush wrapped in a little over 19 hours!

Deep in the jungle, archaeologists led towards what would be a pyramid. The protagonists of the story were collected under the guise of protecting these archaeologists, a paid bounty which caught the attention of the group. As would be expected, the group arrived at different times, all converging as the monstrous Moxie emerged.

Moxie was a sentient rock creature. Standing sixty feet tall, Moxie has six arms and a stone-serpent head, complete with jade eyes that served as a motion-detecting guardian of something larger within the temple. He immediately crushed an archaeologist upon awakening, and continued attacking the group.

Although not well coordinated, the group did a fine job of assaulting the beast. Storm ran around as a distraction while John, Tobias, and Logan attacked first. Moxie responded by tearing two massive pillars from the ground and battering combatants away. Philomel jumped in the fight at this point, firing crossbow bolts to the mix.

It was Logan that broke through the defenses first, and a distraction that tripped great Moxie. When the beast fell to the ground, it lost the stone shrouds which surrounded the mighty arms, leaving razor-tipped tentacles in its wake. One quickly slashed Storm into near submission, a second lashed out and found a home across John. Fortunately, Logan, Tobias, and Philomel combined to finish Moxie off before it could kill the wounded.

Satisfied, the group healed and collected their winnings, exploring the temple further for untold riches.

Storm, is this a long or a short summary?

I'm sorry, I didn't see this post. I guess this could be either depending on what else is available. Easier for you if I cut it down or add to it?

Storm, if you can also write a short summary (or just pare the current one down to a single paragraph or so) that would meet the necessary requirements for both summaries to be fulfilled. Seeing as nobody else has submitted a summary, the current one could be taken as full and a pared down one as short.


Also, the request is now considered inactive meaning the first person to submit a short summary will have theirs accepted.

Storm's full is already accepted as his was the only summary submitted prior to the thread going inactive.

"Moxie" was a sixty-foot tall sentient rock creature, with six arms and a stone-serpent head. He cut through scientists upon awakening like a hot knife through butter, and continued attacking the group. By combining their efforts and powers in a wild assault, the group barely defeated Moxie, with a few combatants seriously wounded. Exhausted, the group healed and collected their winnings, left to explore the temple further.
