Price check on a fashion statement

I'd like to price out an item, please--

A sleeveless black arctic leather long coat with a hood and outer layer that extends down to the waist in a vest-like manner made of a variant of vlince called Wraithweave.

There is an enchantment on the jacket that allows the wearer to summon a shade whose spirit resides within the fabric itself once a day/battle for a span of three posts. The shade is able to interact with the physical world with the strength of three men and the speed of two, and is able to float for short distances. He can be slain by normal means; and when he does, the Wraithweave will reabsorb his soul.

EDIT: Also, can I price out a mythril face mask with eye holes and a slot near the mouth for breathing and speaking purposes?

"Oh, and a face mask thing..."She bites her lip. "Um. About 400?"

She pauses. "380, sorry! So 380 gp for the mask and 9500 for Jeff! His name isn't Jeff, but it gets lonely sometimes in the afternoon so I talk to him and he didn't mind."

Let's go with the mask, for sure. Also, instead of Jeff and the coat biznezz, let's do instead a sleeveless, hooded vlince tunic with an enchantment that will allow the fabric to re-knit itself should it be torn.
