Mordelain's plot has centred around her role in the Vhadya, and her attempts to redeem herself (and her people) for their part to play in it. She has killed Reva Featherblood, restored the core of a thermoforming network, reconnected with the exile Coradan, and convinced Jya to return Fallien's rule to the people (as a democracy, not a theocracy).
Universities have been built in Irrakam, and the borders are slowly, but surely becoming more relaxed. Mordelain has taken to teaching the children of the island about the real history, but now she returns to her plan. She wants to restored the Hydroclast Network proper. In order to do this she will need help. The Control Centre for the network is beneath Irrakam, and requires four thunder stones - powerful devices that govern all the smaller towers ruined across the desert. The quest is simple - find these, return to them to the control room, and oversee the acquisition of money to rebuild as many key towers as we can.
One write required. Perhaps two - someone with reason to be helping the new forming senate on the island would be ideal.
