Price check on rings

This may be a hefty sort of thing, but I'd like a price check on two rings, with an enchantment on each that twice per day the wearer of one of the rings can teleport to the location of the other. If the ring is dropped or otherwise unworn then the teleportation is impossible.

Is it possible to obtain more than two of them?

Also as a clarification I would like the wearer to be able to teleport the other wearer of another ring to his location
