Description:

Assirra is roughly 5' 8", slim build but strong. He wears a red cloth, long sleeved, full body tunic that ties at the front with leather string, complete with brown hide shin high boots. He has baby blue eyes and middle parted long blonde hair, tied up at the back. His left and right ears are pierced and have each got a pair of silver hoop earrings, a trademark of the Terran Garra.

Weapons:

Terran Garra short sword "Orutos": The standard of the Terran Garra tribe, the Orutos, is a clean-edged blade used by foot soldiers for close combat skirmishing. It is composed of iron, tinted with a thin coating of bronze, and is a simple double edged design capable of delivering effective damage on forehand and backhand strokes. The Orutos proves highly ineffective against armour or tough skinned foes and was only originally intended to be used as a ceremonial tool, but has since found its way into the service of the Terran Garra soldiers.

Terran Garra yew longbow: A gift from Solomon, the Terran Garra longbow is the most feared weapon in the tribe's arsenal, given to Assirra in ceremony of his coming from the Spectral Marquis. The Terran Garra were especially noted for their craftsmanship in archery, with a repetoir of the most finely carved bows and deadliest arrows crafted in their name and into the pages of history, and this particular bow is no different. The yew is treated with a waterproof coating made from Concordian beeswax to prevent the wood from rotting. The drawstring is made from a tightly wound fibre secreted from the abdomen of a venemous tarantula found only in the depths of the forest of Concordia, named the Angel Spider, and is very durable. It is possible to fire up to two arrows at any one time with the Terran Garra longbow.

Magic:

Assirra Asuran, being a Serran Trigger, is one of the only Terran Garra that can freely practice magic without rituals. In view of his talents, it was suggested and encouraged by Solomon the Elder that he learned how to use his magical power in accordance with Terran Garra traditions. When Assirra agreed to this, Solomon taught him two magical offensive spells that he could use in the field, listed below.

Arrow of Frost's Dawn: The tip of a normal arrow becomes enveloped by a freezing cold layer of magical ice. When the tip strikes an object, the ice expands over a small area of the surface and freezes it solid. This is extremely useful for killing vegetation and damaging bare flesh, or even preserving meat.

Arrow of Flame's Reach: The tip of a normal arrow is enshrouded by a fiery aura. When this arrow strikes an object, the flames explode in a metre radius around the tip of the arrow, burning anything in its reach.

Skill:

Eye of the Serran Trigger: Assirra's personalised skill granted to him by the Spectral Marquis. The Eye of the Serran Trigger allows Assirra enhanced vision on demand, allowing him a sturdy aim and even the power to see clearly in the dark. This, coupled with his already improving marksmanship with the Terran Garra longbow, can be a useful and often essential ability.

Item:

Terran Garra Shield: A simple handheld shield constructed of a lightweight metal as strong as iron. This substance, named Thelodomite, is crimson red, and has a rough texture in solid form. This material's melting point is one of the highest known. It provides some insulation against temperature changes, and has been noted to have been used by many other desert tribes.

Personality:

Assirra is a friendly, patient young man with a gentle nature, despite his role. Often finding the funny side of bad situations, he is well liked amongst the Terran Garra. His determination to succeed is one of his strongest traits. However, at times he can often succomb to anger if his patience is tested too much. When this happens, Assirra will fall silent and stop at nothing to exact his vengeance upon the offender, his greatest weakness, as pointed out by Solomon

Background:

Artificially created by magic, Assirra Ezau Mondosia Asuran was the fourth Serran Trigger to be created by the great spiritual force and overseer of the Terran Garra, the Spectral Marquis. Legends of the Terran Garra, a nomadic desert people who hail from the dusty deserts of Fallien, state that the Serran Trigger is a "gift" given to the people by the Spectral Marquis, a prophet that can lead their small people into a golden age of philosophy, medicine and happiness, and indeed to the very gates of paradise itself. However, the truth lies more in connection with an omnipotent force that lies beyond the gate of mortality.

The Terran Garra were originally a band of powerful sages, created by the Spectral Marquis to protect a powerful artifact known as the Sacred Silver that lay in a realm sealed away from mortal hands. It is believed that the Sacred Silver is the very essence of all life on the planet, the origin of birth and the final destination on the path to immortality. One who held the light of the Sacred Silver held the world in their palm, with a seemingly unlimited lake of power at their disposal. The sages of the Terran Garra were terrified that such a power could eventually fall into the hands of evil. This being the case, the Sacred Silver would grant enormous amounts of power to someone undeserving of its abilities and the world of the Terran Garra would be smothered in shadow, the bearer almost unstoppable with such a force on his or her side.

Therefore, the sages created three gates behind which to lock the artifact: The gate of Ohisha, protected by the Minotaur's Emerald, the gate of Imaguha, protected by the Siren's Sapphire, and the gate of Amasa, protected by the Lion's Amber. All three precious stones were each given to a seperate Serran Trigger and sealed away in stasis in the river of time that flows deep through the Spirit Temple. As extra insurance, the sages also determined that only the power of a Serran Trigger, the manifested will of the Spectral Marquis, combined with the power of the stones would be able to enter the realm of the Sacred Silver. No mortal would ever darken the doors of the Spirit Temple under the iron guard of the Serran Triggers.

The holder of the Lion's Amber, and the third Serran Trigger Kafziel Ouroboros had been created for the purpose of being the third and final part of the seal of the Sacred Silver, and was allegedly a trusted guardian of the Spectral Marquis. However, having learned of his purpose from Solomon the Elder (the leader of the Terran Garra), Kafziel resented the fact that the opportunity to lead his own life had to be set aside for the purpose of serving another, and decided that in order to reclaim his right to free will, he would search for the Sacred Silver and obtain its power. Armed with a massive scythe of light, the powerful warrior stormed and killed the two other Serran Triggers and took the Siren's Sapphire and Minotaur's Emerald for himself.

However, what he did not know was that Assirra Ezau Mondosia Asuran, the fourth Serran Trigger, was needed to fully open the gate. Slamming his fist into the final doorway, Kefziel cried out in rage. He had all three keys. He was a Serran Trigger. As the legend foretold, he should have been able to enter the realm of the Sacred Silver. But he could not.

When he eventually found out from the elders that there was a fourth Serran Trigger, Kefziel decided that Assirra had to be the final key, sent by the Spectral Marquis. There could be no other way to open the door. It had to be him...

And so Kefziel set off for Assira's home on the reaches of the Fallien desert...
