I've just bought it, and absolutely love it. Wondered if anyone here plays it?

Already beat this lovely game XD I was kind of glued to it with a few friends for a few weeks.

Not had the time to drill it yet but got a fair bit through. Seem to be a bit of a spendaholic on my motor though.

I don't have any of the new game systems. I absolutely OBLITERATED games like this on the really old ones, though. GTA3, Vice City, Scarface and The Godfather on PS2 / Xbox absolutely felt my unholy wrath. Hundreds of hours dumped into those awesome games.

It was all about the original GTA on the PS. I think I spent far too much of my youth on that game, putting aside my combined 280 hours of Final Fantasy 6, 7, 8 and 9.

Preach on! I have considered buying the PS4 solely for the FF7 reboot; it's been really frustrating not being able to go back and replay that in emulation like I've done for 4/6. I even bought the Square game for IOS which is just a polished relaunch of FF4; it is absolutely outstanding and was worth the big price tag ($20).

I'm not sure how I feel about the FF7 reboot. The big Final Fantasy VII fan inside me screams "Yes, yes, yes", but part of me also knows that it will be impossible to replicate the small things that made the original so awesome. Are they going to keep the cool little sidequests? The fights with Ruby and Emerald?

I hope they do it justice and I know i'll buy it, but I need some convincing first, especially after rumours of them changing the battle system.

I agree with Shin.

On the one hand if they put out a GOOD GAME that's fine.

But if they screw up a legendary series and legendary game title with a poor remake then we have to hold Square accountable by not buying their product. I'm willing to wait and see if the game is even gonna be good. I'm not fooled by games with pretty graphics any longer.
