Dilah

Name: Dilah
Age: 17
Race: Hybrid (appears human)
Appearance: Dilah is a mess of long limbs and fiery red hair. Her skin is pale but kissed on the forearms, legs and face by the sun. Her auburn curls fall in a mess nearly to the center of her back unless it is restrained. Even then it fights back and the finished product is anything but polished. A small dimple rests on her left cheek when she smiles just so, and her blue eyes sparkle when she laughs. Far from a traditional beauty, Dilah has a tomboy charm. Most often she wears simple cutoff shorts and a tied off work shirt with simple moccasins.

History: Dilah is a mystery to any outside her small village. Perhaps her story will be clear as time moves forward, but as of yet she seems uneager to share.

Skills: Dilah is a practiced fighter. She is well trained in basic defense techniques and can hold her own in a swordfight as well as in hand to hand combat.

Abilities:

Tiny Dancer- When engaged in combat Dilah can slow the world around her for 3 seconds to roughly half speed. This does not slow Dilah herself. This can be done once per 24 hours.

Lady of the Lake- Dilah has a close connection with water in all forms. Dilah can change the physical properties of water. With minimal effort she can freeze water that already exists or melt any ice around her. The water can be formed into a weapon, but it remains only as strong as regular ice. At this point Dilah can manipulate around 3 gallons of water at once.

Protection instinct- Once per day Dilah can call forth the protection of her 'mother god'. No one knows who this creature is, or why it has attached itself to those from Dilah's village, but it reduces the effects of 1 hit to half damage.

Items: Dilah carries a small saddle bag with basic necessities and a long iron cane. With a single twist the cane breaks into two thin blades. And

Howdy!

Tiny Dancer is interesting. It's fine as it is, however it might run into some interesting challenges given the way it is written.

With Lady of the Lake, can you add in a rough estimate of how much water you can freeze? A whole lake frozen is different to say, several gallons (or the amount needed for a weapon).

Protection instinct we can leave as is for now, but it might need to be changed in the future depending on how it goes. 50% is a lot of some attacks, not much off others. :p

Thank you. I edited to add in a three gallon limit.
