Come on. We've all done it.

In this era, the wonderful world of smartphones means we are able to post from any place in the known world. So, having had a few odd places to post from before, i'll share mine:

The Throne

Like I said, we all do it. You're sat on the toilet attending to the morning's business and you want something to do. Read a book? Check the news? Perhaps edit a post or two or plan a reply while nature takes its course? If you're a member of staff, spice things up a bit by doing some reward calculating. After all, you'll be there ten or so minutes, plenty of time to nail those spoils requests!

The Bath

A personal favorite of mine, and one that I am undergoing even as we speak. A nice relaxing bath whilst you read the latest of the LCC posts. Lovely. Pro-tip: try not to drop your phone in the bath while doing this!

Work

Client meeting getting a bit dull? Collegues boring the shit out of you with their meaningless drivel about the weekend gardening? Have no fear, Althanas's mobile friendly site is here! Why not review a workshop or play some games in the FST whilst the big boys earn their bucks?

Rollercoaster

This never happened, but I'll pay someone to try it.

So, share and share alike. Your stories are valuable to, well, just us. You'll get bonus kudos for any legitimate suggestions and challenges.

From the cab of a big rig in the parking lot of a little gas station in the middle of nowhere New Mexico. There were antique cars and a mummy in a shed behind me.

I go trail riding regularly on my horses. I've written a small bit before on my more trusted ponies.

Friday Night Magic.

Sometimes I'm up against slow players and need something to do.

I'm interested in hearing about the mummy.

Oh shit, I guess I'm remembering wrong and it's in Arizona, not New Mexico.

Here's the Wikipedia article on it. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Thing_%28roadside_attraction%29)

The top of Black Mountain in Colorado. I finally had the tiniest sliver of phone service, and I used it to get on Althanas instead of texting Kyle. I was also on a horse.

Pick just about any U.S. airport or domestic travel route at 30,000 feet.
