I have this character in two different forums ( :p ), so I hope it's ok to use here. I will edit out the stuff that isn't allowed on this particular rping site if any:

* Skin: White with a very slight tan

* Additional Attributes: Pointy Ears like any other elf.

* Alignment: Lawful Good




Personality:


Unlike other high elves, Sara decided to go on her own path of what she wanted her personality to be. She is very kind to others and likes to make friends easily, yet at the same time she keeps a close watchful eye on things, for it is hard for her to trust others because of the people that are quick to judge her.



She trys to hide this "new" personality away from the other high elves, for she knows that if they were to find out, it could cause some serious trouble for her.



Backstory:


Saras' backstory is somewhat unknown. She was abondened at birth and has no knowledge of her parents, where they live, what they look like, etc. She was raised by a high elf family that decided to take her in. She was trained extremely well in archery and trained for many many hours each day. She was known to have one of the best accuracy as an archer and was envyed of her abilities.

She was never given a name, all the snobbish high elves called her elf girl, for they felt that she was lower in rank then them, making them feel inferior. The ruling bodies of the high elves decided that Sara was considered an outsider, one that is presumed to potentially pollute their "pure" bloodline. With that in mind, they decided to banish her making sure the specialized guards will never see her return. For if they did, they would pick her off with their bows easily. They swore to never trust Sara again as worthy to be a high elf, and decided it was best for her to fend for herself so their precious bloodline would be un - touched. They opened their enclosed gates that supposedly protect them from everyone else and shut them closed behind her as they told her to go away and never come back, in a snobby attitude of course coming from a high elf.

Not knowing what to do, she escaped to the woods and made her own home in a large tree where she had lived ever since. She is always watching and doesn't sleep very much because of all the painful memories. She usually puts her hand up to her chin holding it in place as she looks ahead of her in bliss, where nothing seems to be around her, soothing her of the memories.

She always wonders what her parents looked like, and why they left her stranded. She wonders what they look like, and what they do for their own living, and everything else that comes with it. Perhaps they also had a different personality as the other high elves and had no choice but to abondon her to save her from the other snobbish high elves. She assumed that if they were to know of her parents different personality, they would get rid of her as a tiny baby and she would have no chance of survival. This is not proven, however it does make sense to her.

She invisions that her mother was a very beautiful woman that probably had the same, if not similar eyes. As for her father, she had no clue what he might have looked like. Yet, she could invision that her father had unique (but not rare) hair which gave her maroon like color. She doesn't know when she will find them, or even IF she will find them. She wonders if they are even still alive, or where they have possibly gone. All of these thoughts, and many others keep her occupied in deep thought of her mysterys in life.

Not knowing where to go, she likes to wander around and observe nature and look at the stars wondering what will happen next in her life. She doesn't know where her final destination will lead, but she hopes she will find it soon. She got her name from her own creation where there were six blades of grass by her home that was in the shape of a heart which soothed her. She overheard the name of Sara as some humans walked by, so she thought that Sara Sixblades would fit her perfectly and the name stuck. She feels that only her first name is to be known to someone she meets until she is comfortable in telling her last name, for her last name is the essence (in her eyes) of her existance and acceptance in the world. It is of great value to her, for the heart made her think of her incredible strength to survive with what had happened to her ever since birth.

Sara has no friends besides the animals that roam around her home, and she wants to find some quickly for she is afraid to go insane from loneliness and dispair.

Not only was she envyed for her personality, but her impressive beauty as well. This lead her into deep thought of what is to come, and how "lucky" she is even with her bad experiences in the past. Many humans (mainly) had looked upon her and lusted after her. She kept her distance for she knew how often humans can be quite pigs and obsessed about sex, not to mention their greed.

Sara decided to make her own clothing from whatever she could find, and ate anything nearby to keep herself healthy and active. She often found impressive and expensive jewlery dropped by a variety of things, and awaited their return if they knew they dropped it. Within three days, and no one would have come back to claim it, she would keep it for herself. With a strong heart, she likes to take long journeys and explore the unknown and defeat the "undefeatable" practicing her archery skills.

She admires animals and nature very much, and tends to primarily collect beautiful and rare flowers and adds them to her home for decorations. It is now currently full of beautiful and colorful colors attracting many to it.

She currently is looking for somewhere new to go, where to begin is unknown to her at this point. She hopes to find it quick, and find it soon for she feels that someone or something is watching her. For she knows that she can't live in this tree forever.




LifeGoal:


Friends, and lots of them. Knowledge and curiousity always struck Sara as unusual and a mystery.

To find her parents, or at least know what happened to them. Even the smallest detail or information will ease her curiousity about them.

High Elves:

These elves are very snobbish, not liking anyone; not even those elves that are lower in rank then them. These elves make communities behind walls, where they are protected by guards that live in the forests and on the walls themselves. These guards are specialists, trained with a bow for so long, that they can easily pick off a flea in heavy brush at 20 meters. The ruling bodies of elves spend most of their time arguing over what would be best for the elven communities, and often get no where. The one main leader of the elven nation is often viewed as a puppet to do the will of the council, because the council, sometimes with suggestions, almost always influences the ruler. Sometimes this is even done with hidden threats. These elves dislike all other races, seeing an outsider as one who wants to potentially pollute their pure bloodline. Half-breeds are often cast out to live alone in the wilderness or with humans, who trust them little also.


Name: Shying from the names chosen by their cousins, they choose to name themselves after feelings and flowers, specifically, also using the Elven equivalent.

Eyes: Green, brown, or even amber are common colors, though blue is rare and considered an omen.

Hair: Platinum to light blonde, though it has been seen that a pale strawberry-blonde has occurred.

Skin: Very pale.

Additional Attributes (tail, horns, wings, etc.): With their pointed ears and angular features, these beings are considered some of the most beautiful in many places.

Weight: 85-120 lbs.

Height: 5’-6’

Class: These highly dexterous and fair folk are capable of being Warriors, Mages, Rogues, Clerics, and especially Archers.

Alignment: Any Neutral or Good, never evil.

Personality: Self-assured and overconfident, High Elves tend to talk down to everyone they meet. They tolerate others as a favor to them, at least in their eyes.

History: The Elven historians write that High Elves were most beloved of the Elves, blessed by their gods to rule over all others. This probably isn’t true, but they believe it whole-heartedly. Because of this fact, they have become self-absorbed and arrogant, building delicate looking, but nearly impenetrable cities, not only in forests but in plains as well. They tend to shoot first and ask questions later when it comes to trespassers, but they will not mistreat a prisoner.

Life Goal: Often, it is sheer curiosity that drives these elves from their homes, if not a burning desire for knowledge.

Weapon(s): The Bow is their weapon of choice, though they also do well with short or long swords and rapiers.

This is far, far too strong for a level 0 character. Rather than specifically state everything that needs to be changed, I'll give you a rough outline of what a good amount of strength is for a starting character.

If you're playing a mage, she should start with a very small amount of skill with her weapon(s). No weapons can be enchanted except for minor, minor things, and the strongest material they can be made of is steel. If you start as a mage, depending on how many other skills you can have, you can start with something like 3-5 spells, depending on their strength.

If you're not a mage, you should have few spells, all weak ones, but you can have 'average' skill with your weapon(s). If you have no spells or just one weak one, you can start with above average skill with your weapon(s).

Let me know when you've changed things about and I'll get right back on this!

If possible, please eliminate the references to numbers to explain her attributes and use words instead. Numbers are always vague and unless you have a scale outlined (see "Dissinger"), it's impossible for anyone to guage what they mean.

You'll need to get rid of the Infinite Quiver and have a normal one, with finite arrows that you need to replace when you run out. You can start with about 30 normal arrows, though.

With your archery and dagger skills, you'll need to make her average with them.

I don't see anything else you need to edit right now. You didn't need to get rid of your spells, by the way. You could have 1 or 2.

I made the skill changes, and took out the infinitite quiver.

For the number thing...I mentioned that in my post




Body:

This stat is, simply put, the physical abilities of your character. Your strength, flexibility, physical stamina, and speed all fall under this heading.

Mind:

Your intellect, your ability to understand what your senses take in. This stat gives you the ability to learn and grow, and to gain wisdom from mistakes. Spells come from this and Spirit.

Spirit:

Your inner strength lies with the Spirit. Your ability to deal with others, your intuition, your emotional fortitude... Everything inside is here, as is your magical essence. You get 20 points to distribute in these stats. All stats have a MINIMUM requirement of 1, and a MAXIMUM of 8.



If that still isn't cool, I'll just edit it out and we will see how it goes.

I know what Body and Mind represent. I don't know what numbers like "8" and "4" represent, as your scale would likely be different than mine in that regard.

Got it covered, it really isn't THAT necessary. I also decided not to go with spells at all this time, and see where that leads me. Better skills in weapons is in my interest at this point.

Everything cool now? Am I missing anything else?
