S T R E N G T H S:
- Wits: Using his wits, words, and mental strength, Alaric is a man who uses mind before matter. As such, he is very skillful at being persuasive and is very charismatic. Able to bring up conversations with just about anyone he meets. He is someone who knows how to broker a good deal, and can likely get lower prices on his gear simply from looking around, to haggling it out with someone.
- A gentleman's sword: Why should people have to use magicks and special swords to get what they want? Alaric uses a damascus rapier that he has acquired on a trade with others around the world due to his trading, and market ran environment, he has gotten a few deals on places here and there. As such, he kind of relies on this to compensate for his lack of magic.
- Dedicated: A man who is stuck with his cause, Alaric finds that once he sets his mind to doing something, he will do it. While he may be someone who would rather make a few gold than make friends, if he gives you his word, he will keep it.
- Ambidextrous/Swordplay: Having almost Masterful swordplay with a Rapier, Alaric is very well versed in how to use this sword fighting style. He may not be cutting a bears head off, but should he encounter any kind of man, you can be sure swordplay alone will keep him in the fight.
- Agile/skippy: Alaric is someone who will use their lankier frame to get out of situations that would be a little bit harder to do. Sure, he may be taller than the average human, but his smaller structure makes up for that. Quick on his feet, and quite capable of escaping fights, or getting out of sticky situations by his skill, and wit, he is harder to catch than an oiled up pig.
- Insane Endurance: With the man's lack of magic, Alaric relies solely on his skills as a human being. Meaning his body is in very good shape, and can withstand long bouts of a lack of sleep, or without the proper necessities for a little longer than the average human. Or should he be in battle, can stand in the fight over longer periods of time, and uses it to his advantage.
W E A K N E S S E S:
- Longing: Due to bad circumstances, He misses his wife, and will do anything, absolutely anything to get one step closer to helping his wife and her troubles. Even if that means seeing the world crash down, he will do it to save the one he loves.
- Sarcastic asshole: This man can be quite the snark. Able to flip a coin and be friendly one moment, and a man who would throw you to the R-O-U-S's, I mean, creatures of the night in an instant. He is willing to turn his back on anyone he deems need to. However, he keeps this very much a secret. Meaning people he may have impacted could be hurt by the sudden blindside.
- No Ace up the Sleeves: Alaric has no control of magic whatsoever. He cannot connect to the tap in any shape or form. He is a simple human, and can't use any kind of abilities other than his pure skill, and wits alone. As such, if he were to face up against someone who is very powerful, He will have to have someone who can fight with magic beside him, or rely on his massive amounts of endurance to keep them at bay until he can get away or pull out the rug from underneath someone.
- Puppet Master: Most of the time that Alaric could be fighting, he wont. He would have someone stand in for him who is more capable of fighting than himself, and will handsomely pay for someone to do as such. He is very manipulative, and will play at the strings that people have on them. Using them to his advantage. However, this means if someone knows about this plot he may have, then they could easily turn on him as well. He would less likely expect someone to turn on him, than he on them.
- Lost Loves: He doesn't let anyone get very close to him. If anything, they may be a good friend, or someone he respects, but no one will be able to get close to him whatsoever due to his longing for his wife, as well to the fact that he is loyal to only himself, and to his family.
- Shady: As a man himself, he is very shady. Preferring to stick to the sidelines if at all possible. He may take center stage for a few moments, only to pass it off to someone else. Keeping all eyes off of him. As such, its very shady to be in places where he might not wanted to be. People can find a vibe of him being very secretive about his past.

This is currently a work in progress. I am losing my mind and am submitting the important bits for now, and will make the story for him when I get my mind refreshed, and get some sleep. As well, Tobias gave me the A-okay to use his species to help him create a better standing for his own character, and race.
