A Plot For Tular Plains

So...after talking with a person for awhile, I have come up with an idea that fits this character. Anyone who would be interested in subtly taking over the Tular Plains with me? Of course I know this would not be something easy, but it is very doable. This means you're character would be need to be purely evil, and be able to gain the trust of Razer. Anyone interested?
