The staff combed through the entire thread, pulled out the main concerns, and addressed them individually. We will be making an announcement regarding all changes shortly.

However, many of the changes have already been put in place. There are multiple staff-led quests, battles and tournaments taking place right now, with more on the way. A wiki cleanup is being orchestrated by Dirks, but will be enlisting more help soon. Changes have been made to the workshop awards to discourage "gaming the system" through formatting. The Nexus has been relocated to be more easily accessible. Turnaround on judgments has been more than cut in half.

There's still more to do, but there is progress.

4 or 5 AP can be rewarded for either a condensed or a full rubric, depending on quality. That means that I cannot just write a condensed, add a few more headings, and get the AP for a full. This change was made months and months ago, while the initial Time to Make a Change thread was still active. It is not a new change, but it was still done to reflect the concerns raised in the thread.
