Preliminary note: this character is going to replace my previous character, Victor Kalyem.

Name: Beatrix. Born Beatrice D'Azal, but shortened her name after leaving the Yarborough Barony.
Age: 28
Race: Human
Hair Color: Dark Brown
Eye Color: Green
Height: 5'11
Weight: 155 lbs
Occupation: Vagabond

Personality: Beatrice D'Azal was a kind if stoic woman, as she was taught befitted a vassal of the baron. She endeavored to not merely keep the peace amongst the people of Yarborough, but to endear herself to them, to revitalize the idea of noblesse oblige by remaining in touch with what the people needed. Her experiences during the Civil War changed her into the cynical, distrustful woman she is today. Even now, though, she wants to help people.

Appearance: Tall and slender she stands, with her hair nowadays kept short (about pageboy length). A nasty-looking scar cuts across her cheek, nearly from mouth to ear. Her only armor is a maille shirt and gambeson, worn over a tunic and trousers. Lexin hangs from her belt, ready to draw instantly.

History: The house of Azal was sworn as a vassal to the Barony of Yarborough through the generations, to be their sword and shield. Beatrice was the heir to this duty, and trained as such in the martial arts of Azal, the twin-sword technique and the Wallflower Art. Until her adulthood she never doubted her calling. She trained, she worked, she helped the people. It was good, it was right. Then came the war.

In the Civil War, she was obliged to serve her baron in defense. However, the brutal actions taken to quash the rebellion cast doubt on the righteousness of her cause. She brought up the possibility of peaceful resolution in Yarborough, but was denied. She persisted even so, until the baron ordered the razing of a village on suspicion of housing some rebel leaders. When her troops arrived at the village, she ordered they lay down their arms and disband. On that day, Beatrice D'Azal, loyal servant of the Baron, disappeared from the pages of history.

Beatrix, as she renamed herself, separated the twin blades of Azal, hiding Domin in a mountain glade, and taking Lexin for her own defense. She first tried to flee Corone, but failing that, she apprenticed herself to a farmer on the outskirts of the island, hiding her sword Lexin in her living quarters. But when bandits raided, Lexin came once again to the salvation of the stunned farmer. Beatrix left, unable to quell the desire to fight for the restoration of order in Corone, and has since been seeking the Corone Rangers.

Skills: Skilled with single-sword combat techniques. Skilled with longsword and her family's twin-sword techniques, but out of practice with both of those in a "real battle" context. Familiar at a novice level with spear and glaive. Also a reasonably good rider, but unskilled a mounted combat.

Abilities:
- Strength at 1.35x average.
- Endurance at 1.35x average.
- Wallflower Art: A "lightness art" of the Azal clan, of which she knows an imperfect version. At her current level, she can run for about 5 steps on a wall before getting severe vertigo, and likewise can stay anchored for about 7 seconds before the vertigo. The vertigo lasts as long as the time she was using this technique.

Equipment:
Lexin, one of a pair of swords handed down through the Azal clan as the mark of their twin-sword technique. Originally forged by a forgotten elvish smith in their style (single edge slightly curved blade, hand-and-a-half hilt), the sword has lost its power quickly due to lack of maintenance, now having the strength of mere iron. However, if Beatrix were to have the time to care for it properly, it could regain its former strength...

This looks good. Only one change, can you split your abilities into three? The strength, endurance and Wallflower Art as separate.
