Happy to see a new Chronicle, I wanted to open this thread for Chronicle-related discussion.

Are you excited for the Althies? Ideas or Predictions?

Player nominated tournaments - we've seen people write some self-driven tournaments; with more staff support I think this could be a really powerful new addition!

Winter Events? Are you planning to jump into the feast thread, quest thread, or both?

It all seems great to me. The idea of having regional bonuses is a dino might one, I really like it. The one thing I was disappointed not see was any mention of PGs coming back?

I'm excited for the Althies, certainly! I haven't seen one before, so I don't know what to expect, but I have one nomination guess. Mari should be the Best Newbie, <3 <3 <3 Her writing is great, she is nice, and she writes so much and with so many people!

As for everything else, I'm going to join in on whatever I can! : D

As for the winter threads, the staff run one prioritizes non staff so I probably won't get a spot. But I'll be damned if Vince doesn't show up at the feast decked out in a santa costume

The Althies are my favorite type of feature on the board but I am particularly hyped for the player nominated tournaments and upcoming regional bonuses. We can't wait for you guys to dive in headlong and write like men and women possessed so you can get some awesome rewards. :cool:

I'll also throw in a personal bonus too. Anyone who completes a thread during a regional bonus will be owed one free drink from me at any time I actually meet you. How does that sound? ;)

(If you don't drink then you can exchange this for 2 hugs or a high five. It would have been two high fives but since Brexit the high five has weakened against the hug dramatically.)
