Church is an eccentric fellow with a taste for the finer things in life. While clueless to most modern day norms he's very knowledgeable of the past and traditions. He has a good understanding of how the body works and is up to date with the latest science developments. He loves blood more so than most vampires will go to any lengths to craft the finest blends. If he finds a vessel containing blood he just has to have, that person will become his property until proven otherwise. He treats his slaves with great care, love, and respect. He's extremely hard to frustrate or rile up, and when the time calls for it or he doesn't feel like putting on his act anymore, can get scarily serious. Church has a thirst for knowledge and is a learning enthusiast, if he doesn't know something he'll make sure he learns. His movements and mannerisms can seem very exaggerated or flamboyant when he is in a good mood, often humming, singing, twirling, dancing, etc. He also gives out candy as a sign of goodwill.
History
Church was never what people would consider a normal human. Even before he was a vampire, he had a strange fascination with things that no normal boy should. He used to cut open different living things and watch how they bled, and soon became very good at dissection and studying the biology of animals close up. He loved blood, but never really actually tasted it. He joined many science groups and was also kicked out of many science groups. He became very frustrated with the fickle nature of the industry and how they held value to the lives of things which would eventually die anyway. He was also extremely aggressive, getting into fights with anyone who rubbed him the wrong way, he was*troubled child and wasn't expected to make it out in the real world.
It was in his darkest hour that day, he had just got done with murder, taking the life of an innocent man at his own university for insulting his methods. That's when he met her. A beautiful woman with locks of red and gold. She took him into her embrace, comforting his dark soul.. and she turned him. From that point on his life was never the same. The life of*a vampire suited Churchill very well. He killed with no remorse and took what he wanted for himself. The woman who introduced herself to him as Lady Garnet Hellrose, she took him under her wing to be raised and trained in a proper manner. Churchill was rebellious, often refusing to cooperate, but Lady Hellrose wasn't one to be trifled with and quickly corrected him during any of his outbursts.
With many floggings, hours of torture, and rehabilitation, Churchill began to mould into the perfect servant. For many, many, years, Church was in servitude to Lady Hellrose, but he still wasn't quite normal. His lusts and outbursts were tempered and replaced by what people would call eccentric behaviour and with a somewhat disassociation he continued out to live his life like this. Never fully returning to what he used to be.
Fast forwarding, Church met the ministry for the first time. He had heard Lady Hellrose talk about them before, but he never fully understood them. The ministry was very interested in Church's existence and wanted to buy him off Lady Hellrose. However, she had become quite attached to her servant and refused asking that the ministry not make such offers to them again. Lady Hellrose to an extent even fell in love with Churchill's unique behaviour, even if behind all the showboating was an insane psycho killer.
The ministry came again. However this time they didn't bother talking to Lady Hellrose, and talked to Church directly. Garnet knew that this was trouble, and there wasn't much she could do about it. The ministry told Church that he could have everything he ever wanted and more, all the power he desired, if he joined the ministry. They'd make sure that Lady Hellrose wouldn't torture him anymore and that they'd keep a watching eye over him for his own protecting. Church was interested in the offer, however he couldn't just abandon Garnet, or could he?
One day, Church approached Lady Hellrose. She had just lost her whole household of slaves to an outbreak of the black plague, Church being the only survivor as he was a Vampire. Lady Hellrose clung tightly to his form in a state of distraught. Church asked if he'd be better off joining the ministry and taking their offer. Garnet didn't want him to leave her ever, and hated Church for suggesting such a thing. She took her pain out of him and tied him up, lashing at his body over and over. Church cried in pain, begging his master to stop, but even as he remained tied battered and broken, she still didn't have enough. She was still frustrated, not wanting to let him go at all, and hating Church for pushing her to this state.
Church had enough, something inside him snapped while he was left unfed and beaten, an instinct to survive. As Lady Hellrose approached him to give him a 'caring and loving' kiss, ranting about how she needed him. He broke free from his chains and straddled her shoulders, he allowed his form to collapse onto her as his hands reached around her head, and ripped it clean off her shoulders. Hellrose not expecting such a move in a broken state of mind, succumbed to the sudden reaction from Church, and her head rolled across the floor. Church stood over her lifeless body and fed on her corpse in a frenzy of hunger and rage.
The ministry returned to find Church in an unsightly state, sitting in the corner of the dungeon covered in blood and tears, his eyes twitching, not sure exactly who he even was anymore. The ministry took him in and gave him a purpose again, as the new Lord of the Hellrose household, as rightful successor, and victor over Garnet. Church overtime reverted to the mould Lady Hellrose kept him in, an eccentric fool with a dark side just dying to make its next appearance.
From then on the ministry had what they wanted. They used Church to experiment with different technologies and dabble in their dark sciences. Church made his own new household of slaves, and treated them all with love and respect, unlike how Garnet only ever gave Church special attention. He would make sure all his slaves were looked after.
Appearance: As in the image. Church wears eccentric aristocrat clothing. His eyes are a bright baby blue that turns red when fed. His hair is a ashen brown and he has two distinguishing rings. One is his membership ring with the ministry and the other is his Hellrose lordship ring. His features are very distinguished and his skin Is fair.
Skills:
Blood draining - Church can drink blood and as a gourmet vampire has perfect the skill of draining and blending different flavours together. He has many 'factories' which he prides himself in the draining and creation of vampire beverages.
Dissection - Not much else to say. He's very precise in his handy work.
Cooking - Church is very good at cooking as he was to serve Lady Hellrose home cooked meals personally.
Cleaning - Was also responsible for a lot of the cleaning in the household.
Scientist - Church is a dedicated scientist who specialises in biology and chemistry.

(Passive)Vampirism Lvl1: Church as a vampire is immortal (Never aging immortality.), as long as he keeps feeding on the blood of living (and sometimes dead) things. Church's vampirism makes him faster and stronger than the average human and his body's natural processes are enhanced to a new level. Over time the power of a persons vampirism will increase and even allow the vampire to gain new abilities. Along with the perks, vampirism also has many flaws. Feeding on someone will NOT kill them.
Perks - Vampirism is a passive ability. Current speed bonus: 1.3x. Current strength bonus: 1.25x. Reflex bonus: 1.1x. (Based on the average athlete.) Endurance grade: Leather.
Cons - Sunlight resistance: Severely burning. Silver is super effective against Church. Church cannot cross bodies of water. Blood dependency: going without blood for too long will reduce Churches power, if gone without blood for years he'll be reduced to a corpse until willingly fed. Blessed weapons are also very effective against him. A blessed silver sword to the heart or being decapitated will typically equal death. Not deterred by garlic... it just tastes bad.
Vamp Claws Lvl1: Church is able to turn the ends of his fingers into vicious claws. These claws are as strong as hardened steel and as long as half his fingers length. These claws can also work as his fangs do, but without the ability to draw and consume blood. Currently Church's fangs can pierce cloth grade material and his claws can pierce leather grade materials.
Bat Morph: Churchill can turn into a bat at will. Doing so will grant him a one time sneak bonus If he is unseen by someone allowing him to get a surprise hit in. Can only use the surprise hit in bat form, cannot use vamp claws in bat form, significantly weaker in bat form. Also allows Church to travel long distances with ease. This surprise hit is not unavoidable, but just an increased probability to get that hit in.
