This charming young man from the island of Avalon has deep set dark brown eyes that can sometimes be mistaken for pure obsidian. His long eyelashes, pouted lips, and smooth skin of amber create somewhat of a feminine smile. The Avalonian’s silky black hair twists into giant curls and altogether reminds one of a great briar patch. Rajani rather enjoys the show of female skin, so in the interest of fairness his own wardrobe is artistic and revealing. It accentuates his small but well cut masculine build and strong lower body. However, due to his profession as an entrepreneur certain occasions may demand more professional attire.
History
Rajani Aishwara was born to Bala Aishwara and Avanti Aishwara. He came entered the world around the time of year when day and night are equal length, when the planet and sun are at balance. The place was the legendary island of Avalon. Some called it Tir na Nog. Others called it Mag Mell. It was a place located beyond the edges of the Althanas map, where heroes and aristocrats would retreat the world and spend the last decades of their lives in sequestration. Rajani’s parents came to the island after leading successful lives as entrepreneurs in all of the major regions of Althanas. Given Avalon’s demographic, Bala and Avanti raised Rajani in a diverse environment.
His godfather was Etanoar Starflare, a High Elf mage of Istien discipline who escaped the undead occupied Raiaera. The freedom of Avalon allowed Etanoar to marry Ixora Valhala, a Drow engineer from Alerar. A large number of his childhood friends came from Corone. His elementary teacher was Xum Til’Mora, a retired demon soldier from Haidia, and his teenage mentor was Alex Noir, a famous orator from Salvar. These were only a few of the influential individuals that shaped Rajani as he is known today. By the time he had reached adulthood, Rajani was an intelligent talented young man with a uniquely Hellenistic view of the world. Therefore, it was expected that the young Avalonian’s ambition and wanderlust would carry him to Althanas like the sails of a Coronian galleon.
The only mystery was… with such talent in so many fields how would he enter the world?
On the day of his twenty second birthday, Rajani’s father, Avanti, surprised him with a newly built fully staffed seafaring vessel called The Peregrine. It was a luxury clipper class ship with a disproportionately large sail area meant for amazing speed. His mother, Bala, gave him a journal of his parents’ business ventures in Althanas called The Aishwara Records, and a silver feather, the family heirloom. His elementary teacher and longtime confidant gave him a demon blade enchanted with the spirit of his grandmother. Alex Noir gave him clothing and a list of contacts in Salvar, while Etonar taught him magic, and Ixora taught him how to use his new sword. On that day he announced his departure from Avalon, and as a token to his parents, Rajani would set foot on Althanas soil as an entrepreneur.

The Peregrine – This ship is a clipper class luxury vessel at 360 feet long. Clippers are light and have a disproportionately large sail area (36,000 sq ft), so the peregrine is a fast ship. It is by far not a battleship as it and its crew does not possess any weaponry, but it is a luxurious vessel built for a comfortable life at sea. A third of the 170 passenger capacity is already filled with staff, half of which is dedicated to cooking, housekeeping, and entertaining.
Sitara – This tai chi model sword was given to Rajani by his Haidian teacher, Xum Til’Mora. Although it looks like a standard sword, it is actually a demon blade enchanted with the spirit of Rajani’s late grandmother Sitara. For now it is nothing special, but it will grow in strength and abilities over time. With an overall length of 36 7/8" and a sharp high-quality steel strength blade measuring 28 1/2", this sword is truly a beautiful work of art! It has a streamlined form and a black composite handle with nickel silver guard and pommel, and its fine black scabbard has nickel silver fittings.
The Aishwara Records – A large white leather book given to Rajani by his mother, Bala. It is a journal of the business and personal activities of Bala and Avanti, starting from the founding of their investment firm as acquaintances to their retirement as husband and wife. Not only does this book give Rajani a good guide to being successful in Althanas it also gives him a personal account of his parents’ romance. It is only a quarter full.
The Aishwara Feather – The family heirloom is a miniature peacock feather made of silver. It is said to have been permanently enchanted by a member of the High Bard Council long ago. Since permanent enchantments are illegal, the feather’s power was kept secret and eventually was lost. Rajani hopes to find discover it one day.
Skills
Engineer’s Eye – With a higher education in physics, geometry, aerodynamics, architecture and chemistry, Rajani is highly aware of his environment. The longer he stands still and focuses, the more he notices.
Kinetic Energy – Rajani can create and focus kinetic energy and use it as a projectile or otherwise. He can only use it in appropriate amounts or magnitudes as the extreme heat created by the kinetic energy can be deadly to him as well as those around him.
Linguistics – In an environment like Avalon, Rajani was bound to learn a few languages other than Common. He is very well versed in Raiaeran, and Alerarian. With a long history in linguistics, Rajani takes on new languages quickly.
Swordplay – Rajani is still getting used to the feel of Sitara. Xum Til’Mora taught him more in the way of military strategy, so he knows what the sword is good in comparison to other weapons. Other than that all he knows is the basics from Ixora. The rest relies on his reflex and creativity. He always has it in his hand and plays with himself and others when he can, so he’s bound to advance in skill.
