An annoucement was released by the IE Office of Corrections shortly after several Entrepreneurs were murdered by the usually peaceful Ai'Bron monks.

By Order of the Office of Corrections of the Entrepreneurs:
Effective immediately, the Entrepreneurs are declaring WAR on the Citadel and the renegade faction of Ai'Bron monks that murdered several innocent people earlier this morning. Those that assist the Entrepreneurs acheive justice will be rewarded greatly, and will NOT be subject to any tax imposed on Althanas services. Other special arrangements will be considered by any person or group who assists the Entrepreneurs in their quest for justice.
