Two members of the Mazzra were engaging in a bit of spring cleaning now that there had been a regime change. They were entrusted with a number of jobs, but none of them was so particularly as unsavory of going over the profiles of all the petty criminals that had bothered the queen. This one they found particularly odd, because it belonged to a cat boy. They hadn’t expected to see such a powerful criminal from the ranks of such an ordinarily useless species.

Occupation: Hitman, Butcher.
Crimes: Pounder has killed, and he will kill again. We don’t know much of his motives, other than the fact that he seems to care about no one but himself since his children died. A native of Alerar, he used to reside in the fields of Khufein until his son was killed by a member of the Mazzra. Since then, he has held a personal grudge against our army and has taken a special zeal in attacking them. To date, he has killed fifteen of our members. At best, we have managed to damage one of his legs so that the knee no longer bends properly.
Location: His family owns a butcher’s shop near El’inssring. It has been rumored they have sold the remains of Pounder’s kills.
Cautions: Pounder is a solid marksman and shows surprising stealth, given his handicap. Still, the number of killings to his name seems to outweigh his natural ability.
Known Equipment: Pounder always carries an oak crossbow and an iron dagger.
It didn't take long for the two soldiers to decide this was a warrior they would have to remain concerned about. A regime change would mean little to a killer like Pounder.
