Appearance: Much of Solo's appearance can be traced to his Impish roots. Most Imps bare a resemblance to their governing element. In Solo's case, these are the Snow Imps of Northern Salvar. Their blue white skin and white hair camoflauge them from hunters and natural predators. Like all Imps they posses powerful red eyes. And, as is the case with all half imps, Solo's right eye reflects his Impish heritage. As for his left eye, Solo, like all other half imps, inherited the eye of his human parent. In this case, his mother.

Solo's hair is an almost white blonde. It cut short and spiky in the back, but is medium length in the front and long on the sides in front of his ears. It is layerd and choppy, making it somewhat spiky all over. It sticks up in front and along the top of his head, almost like a mohawk. On a side note, due to his Impish blood, solo is incapable of growing any facial or body hair.

Solo's skin is abnormally pale, but not as pale as his Impish cousins. It is not an unhealthy paleness. More of a very fair skin tone.

Solo's ears are one of the few traits of his where his human genes were not recessive. His ears are normal of any human.

Solo's face is slightly more gaunt than round but has a somewhat mournful appearance, giving off a strong youthful appearance to contrast his masculene jaw structure. His eyes conceal a hurtful past and a cursed existence. Any being with any compassion to speak of can almost feel his pain when they gaze into his eyes. It is because of this that negotiations, persuasion and seduction have never been much of a problem for Solo. All he has to do is bat those melancholy eyes and the person on the other side's heart will sink.

Solo's build his ideal for his height, if not a little on the slim side. His muscles aren't huge, but they are toned. He is tall and his legs are long as are his arms. His hands are long as well and somewhat boney.

Personality: Although Solo's appearance is very melancholy, his personality is not so much. Though he mostly keeps to himself, he is very kind hearted and well mannered. He is compassionate and agreeable though a bit of an introvert.
On top of that he is also a bit of an intellect. He reads hundreds of books all the time. Everything from fiction, to spell books to dictionaries. If he can read it, he probably will.

Although Solo has trouble surviving in warm climates, he has an unusual adoration for fruits. He enjoys consuming the sweet, juicy flesh of a piece of fruit more than any other food. Apples, oranges, grapes, plums, pears, strawberries and most of all, peaches. Solo loves peaches.
As far as the battle field goes, Solo keeps a calm, calculative state of mind when in battle. Making sure never to panic or make brash decisions. He reads his opponents, searching for weaknessess and ways to deceive them. He asses his surroundings, making use of the terrain in which he fights. Although, none of that is to say that he doesn't enjoy a fight. It's a perfect time for him to test his wits and how efficiently his mind and body can work together. Another thing that stems from the battle field is his bunt nature. When conversing with other warriors or just good old men, he speaks very bluntly about everything.

Clothes:

Head - Solo's ears are gauged. Size = Zero

Neck - Solo wears a silver snowflake shaped pendant around his neck.

Upper Body - Solo wears a thick, black rabbit skin vest. The inside is linned with white bison fur and the rest of the vest is trimmed with white bison fur aswell. The collar is firm and comes up to an inch below his ears. The vest is short, stopping in line with Solo's belly button and it is kept open, exposing his chest and abdomen.

Hands // Fore arms - On his fore arms Solo wears two steel bracers wrapped in black leather. On his right hand he wears a two silver rings. One is a simple band around his pinky, the other has a red ruby and is worn around his middle finger. On his left hand he wears yet another silver ring. This one has a white diamond in it and is worn around his ring finger.

Legs // Feet - Solo wears a pair of thick, loose fitting pants. They are made of the same white bison fur that lines his vest. These pants are tucked into a pair of padded leather boots, tailored specifically for walking in snow.

Armor: Solo's only peices of armor are his thick clothes and his steel bracers. His bracers are resistant to blades but weak against blunt weapons.
Weapon: Solo's spatha (http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b119/Someguy57/fx17501_large.jpg) is made of a metal known as Glacies Chalybs. It is a metal used only by the snow Imps of Northern Salvar. The metal remains cold at all times and can freeze a glass of water solid if left in long enough. The purpose of wielding weapons from this metal is to create a weapon that will slow down your opponent. When the blade of Solo's spatha cuts through flesh, there is no bleeding. Instead, the weapon freezes the wound shut and leaves behind traces of mystified ice particals. These ice particles enter the blood stream of the victum and, as more wounds are inflicted, begins to cool the blood. If enough wounds are inflicted, the victum eventually dies from hypothermia. This is especially effective in stealth kills, when the blade is left inside the wound. This releases many more ice particles and the victum is dead in a matter of moments. Other snow imps are immune to the effects of this metal, being that their blood is already many degrees below zero.

Racial Skills:

Resistance to Cold - Solo's Snow Impish heritage has given him several supernatural abilities. The first is a natural resistance to cold temperatures. Solo thrives in the barren, icy mountains of salvar and is able to travel with ease through the constant blizzards. When most would be shivering, he will most likely be breathing deeply, enjoying the blistering cold air. Solo himself is very cold. Touch his skin and it be like touching a soft blanket of snow. His breath is always foggy, except when in temperate climate. Like his Impish cousins, his blood is blue and runs cold aswell. Though his is not quite as cold as cousin's. His body temperature remains a constant thirty-six degrees; much warmer than the sub zero temperatures of the Snow Imps.

Vulnerability to Heat - Due to his low body temperature, Solo cannot survive in hot climates. If the temperature climbs above seventy degrees he begins to feel uncomfortable. If it raises to eighty or above he could pass out from heat exaughstion. Needless to say fire is bad news for Solo. If he were caught in a blaze it wouldn't be very long before his experation.
Temperature Control - All of Impish decent can manipulate the elements around them. In solo's case, it is a combination of air and water. He draw moisture from the air and lower it's temperature drastically. A pure blood could use this to create projectiles made of ice, or maybe rain down ice needles upon his enemies. In Solo's case however, his abilities are more passive. Solo's manipulation is more broad, less concentrated. He cannot create a spear of ice the lunge into the heart of his enemy, but what he can do is lower the temperature of the area around him. He can freeze over a small pond or stream, creating a layer of ice just strong enough to walk accross. He can turn the falling rain into snow. He can even create a light fog within a small area. These manipulations take time, and aren't much use in battle.

Telepathy - Many Imps have supernatural ways of communicating with eachother or their surrounding elements. In the case of Snow Imps, they have the abilty to communicate through nothing more than thoughts. This is yet another defense mechanism for the Snow Imps. Normally, they would have to shout to eachother to be able to hear eachother over the gusts of icy wind. This would make their presence obvious to potential predators. As such most Snow imps communicate telepathically. Some go their entire lives without speaking a word aloud. It is more difficult for one of Snow Impish decent to hear the thoughts of a being of another race. If Solo wished to do this he would have to concentrate very hard and would probably only get a few words here or there. However he has no trouble projecting his own thoughts into the mind of another being, regardless of race.
History:

" In the past, when an Imp wished to concieve a child with a human, that Imp would speak to the elder that watched over the land the Imp resided in. If that elder approved, it would meet with the elders of the other Imp nations in what was called a " Consilium ". During this meeting, the Imp that wished to concieve with a human would present their case to the council of elders. The Imp would explain who they were as a person, who the human was, and why they wished to concieve in this manner. The council would then dismiss the Imp and speak alone with it's elder. The Imp's elder would be questioned about the quality of character this Imp possesed. The council would then dismiss the elder and deliberate amongst themselves in the designated " Consilium Chamber ". There are seven Imp nations; the nation of Forest, of Lake, of Snow, of Volcano, of Sky, of Desert and of Cave, because of this, deliberations can take a very long time. Once the council reached a verdict the Imp and it's elder would be called back into the chamber and either granted or denied their request. "

Amazing. Have 200 EXP.

We don't allow enchanted weapons at registration, but this one's on the line for me. We allow weakish enchantments, and this one doesn't give you a tremendous advantage, it's just neat. So keep the damn thing(s?).
