Morning light beamed through the creaked open windows, signaling the start of a new day. Merchant charts beginning their routine as several eager merchandisers headed from the town plaza. Cat calls by some of the quicker merchants took birth, followed closely by the awakening songs of the morning birds. In a few noticable moments the city was soon in full roar, fuzed by the many sounds emitted by the average day to day city life.
Curina slowly rising from her tan wool blanketed bed sat up. Her hair frayed, and the urge to just fall over to sleep again still grasping hard. Yet quite abruptly she awoke as she heard the approarching sound of echoing footsteps. Curina still in her undergarments, wrapped the wool blanket around her. Finishing the task quickly with a few moments to spare as there was a knock at her room door. Rising slowly, she trudged towards the door clutching the blanket tightly. Switching the duties of her hands as she arrived, still holding with one hand the blanket about her, slowly cracked open the door.
A woman stood before her, and in her late twenties, and almost immediately Curina knew who it was. It was Urial, the innkeeper as well as one of her most trustworthy friends, and the same woman who had taken her into her generious arms so long ago. Reflecting momentarily on the past Curina remembered how they had first met, almost in an identical matter as she had just now. The memories she wished to forget, yet at the same still sought to find answers to them...

"...Hello Urial." saying in a mono-tone, wondering what exactly what this woman wanted so early in the morning. Silence wedged it's way in there as Urial finally spoke, "Good morning Curina. The morning buffet is waiting at the lobby, and I desire to converse with you there about some disturbing matters." without even waiting for a reply, Urial turned and set back off down the hall, fiddling with a slip and pen in her busy fingers.
Once again silence slipped in with a more subdimental time frame. "...I wonder what must be wrong. She has never spoken about any problems before in the past...", her mind now acting like a factory producing thousands of thoughts about the matter.
Regardling none the fact none the less, she wished to get there as earlier as possible, even if it had the possibility of being a minor problem. "This could be another way for me to repay her for her kindness." another thought stampeding by through her head.
Now some what both excited and curious about the matter at hand she closed the door and set off getting dress. Curina almost naturally started towards her favorite freshly washed set of clothes that the kind woman, Urial, had willfully cleaned the day before.
