Vistire awoke in the morning to find that everything was quiet in town. So Vistire got dressed and headed down stairs to see what was up. When he got downstairs he noticed that no one except the bartender was there.
"Where is everyone?" Vistire asked.

"They have all gone to city hall to vote on new laws and some other stuff." The bartender stated without missing a beat.

Vistire wondered what could possibly be so important that you would need ever single person at city hall. Vistire thought to himself and mumbled,
"That must be a pick-pocket's paradaise right now. So Vistire set out to find the library, he stayed on the main road so not to arouse any possible attacks from theives. When Vistire reached the library he was amazed at how big it was.
"Damn." he said as he was walking up the steps. Vistire walked in and went to the desk. He asked the library where he could find some books on spells. She pointed where they were and said,
"Third case, fourth self."
So Vistire wandered over until e had found the section he was looking for. He pulled out a big thick old book and dove right into the thick and dusty pages with much interest.
Vistire had not know how long he had spent read the chapters on fire spells and weapon charms before he realized that it was around one O'clock. So Vistire grabbed the book and checked it out from the library. When he walked outside it took his eyes tiem to adjust to the bright sunlight, but he saw that everyone was back to their normal selves walking around and looking in shop windows. So Vistire walked back to the inn and had lunch, which consisted of oatmeal and a few slices of bread. He then walked back up to his room and threw the book on his bed. He then locked the door and sat on his bed and started re-reading the chapters on fire spells.
The only time Vistire left his room was when he went down for dinner. He had wished that the dinner would be better than the lunch, but he soon found out that it wasn't. So he slowly walked back up to his room and read his book until he fell asleep.
