ok i am looking for a person that can create skins for a forum i just made if u want pm me and i will send link so u can check it out but i dont want to post the link and it be considered "advertisement" but yeah just looking for an skinner and a few more members.

Look at tutorials on the internet, get some good source code and figure it out your self. Thats my best opinion on the subject. If you don't do it that way you will never learn for yourself, being an Admin of that site I think it would be a good quality for you to have.
