I'm looking to start a quest coming up and want to try to recruit 1-2 players to come along for it.
Base story of the quest:
A low-ranking Aleraran official has offered a reward the retrieval of a set of design plans that was last in posession of an assistant at Ankhas. The assistant has gone missing and it will be the job of two adventurers (2 PCs or one PC and an NPC) to track him down and retrieve the plans. An engineer (my character) will also be accompanying them to examine the designs if/when they are retrieved.
Once finding out where the assistant/plans are, the method or retrieving either or both would be up to the players.
Requirements:
-Activity. I want to see this thread finish out, obviously. Not necessarily posting every day (though that would be good) but at least keeping caught up and replying every few days.
-The quest would be taking place in Alerar, so appropriate characters would be needed. Someone from Alerar or Salvar would mesh perfectly, a character with no national alleigance or from Scara Brea/Fallien/etc. would work alright. Someone from Corone or Raiaera would have a mighty hard time writing themselves in, though, given the geopolitical climate.
Preferences:
-A spy, mercenary, or assassin character would fit very well.
