Sorry to hear that. Hospitals can be depressing.

Are the nurses hot? Or are they hot only in porn? :P

Sorry to hear about your visit to the hospital, I hope everything goes well.

And Letho, I think the hotness of the nurses depends on the hospital. I remember I once got a spongebath from two hot female nurses. I think that was one of the few benefits I got from breaking my arm.

Still, hospitals in general suck.

We don't know eachother, but you may have seen me play a tree on broadway.

I hope this isn't anything too serious and that you'll be back on your feet soon!

You get spongebaths for broken arms, Zee? What country do YOU live in?

I'm getting a visa. Missing so much.

Canada. But the thing is I didn't get the bath just because I broke my arm.

I had to break it in such a way that when one bone split, the one beside it bent and formed numerous cracks along it's surface. So when I first broke it I had to see a doctor who set the one bone in place so the other one straitened.

However, I discovered that a few weeks later the bone decided to slip out of place again, so I had to go in for surgery to have a metal bar placed in arm temporarily until the bone healed. It was a overnight stay at the hospital. The spongebath was a treat I received the following morning.

Hey, I don't need to travel! I just need to sustain heavy injury to either my humeri, radii and cubiti. How did I not know that destroying my arm warrants free, schmexy spongefests? God bless our bacon and our mutated bears with laser-vision.

What's best, sledgehammer or trash compactor? ;)

Chronic masturbation always worked for me.

I believe it's humeri, radii, and ulnae.

I'm hoping Kadius isn't at Walter Reed...:(

And I believe you're still awaiting erotic art by my hand. <3 It's in the making.

Oh, and I'm pretty sure that cubitus is an accepted term, too. Ultimately, it won't matter, since it'll just end up being a whole lot of gristle and ground bone!

The forearm bones are radius and ulna. Granted, the cubit is the measurement from fingertip to elbow, but I think you're thinking more of the word decubitis, which is a pressure ulcer, also known as a bedsore.

God, I'm a medical nerd...

I am? Impressive! You possess the fabled ability of transconsciousness, which allows you delve into the subconscious of other people.

Though I won't vainly argue about something that is not in my field of expertise, I used the word cubitus as I had learned it in my biology class. I did check out if ulna and cubitus were synonyms, and if you look really hard, they are (though, granted commonly not taken as so).

Oh, and there's also the fact my bio class was in french. Perhaps older terms were used that are now archaic in english?

Either way, the subject has gone stale. I just wanted to smash my arm, man.

Oh beleive me, breaking my arm that way wasn't fun all the time.

Don't get me started on the when after the bone healed they literally pulled the metal rod out of my arm. To this day, I still haven't felt pain close to that.

Sometimes I wish they would of kept it in. That way when somebody pissed me off, I could just beat them with my arm.
