The Writing Writer

Got an idea for a fairly simple quest/battle-ish thing. It requires one other person. no villians needed here, I got that covered :P
Basic story line: There have been a series of gruesome murders in Radasanth, the killing styles of which, resemble the style of the insane serial killer known as " the Writing Writer " (me). The entire city is in lock down and what little troops that could be spared (given the situation with the war) are dispersed throughout the city and are guarding all exists. No one gets in, and no one gets out. Naturally my part will be to evade capture by any means necessary and kill anyone who gets into my way.
YOUR part in all of this is bounty hunting. You get to play the detective and follow little clues I may or may not leave behind in certain locations. Since no one knows that I am The Writing Writer you wouldnt be able to just be like " there he is! " you'd have to figure out a way to prove what I am before you make your move, lest u upset the guards. ^^
