Name: "Lacy" Lacretia Versaill

One of Many Street Names: Circe Viehl

Age: 17

Race: Human

Hair Color: Black

Eye Color: Black

Height: 5'5"

Weight: Average

*Occupation:
Lacy was a street magician in 21st century New York City. She did disappearances/reappearances of relatively small objects, levitation, and hypnotism. Anything you would see your average street magician doing. After school she also did art and worked in a motorcycle garage.

*Personality:
Lacy was never one to be reserved. She is carefree and has a hard time keeping her mouth shut even when it gets her in trouble. Hardly the "mysterious introverts" that populate and multiply just about everywhere, she is quite free with conversation except when she is concentrating. However, she does like to keep a bit of a low profile. The girl is not the most trusting wench on earth, but she is still naive.

Appearance:
Lacretia has pale skin and dark hair. Her eyes were always dark, but ever since coming to Althanas they have become completely black including the whites. Her eyelashes are long, and shadow sharp cheekbones. The girl isn't that gorgeous mermaid seductress type or even that cute girl next door. However, she can hold her own amongst the average. Her face promises more pronounced features to come with maturity. Her blade of a nose was inherited from her father, and she is some what proud of it.
Ms. Versaill was wearing an interesting outfit when she was sent over to Althanas. It was a bad day and considering her luck that week it was inevitable that she would be landed with the most random set of clothing in her closet. Strapped black pleather combat boots. Yeah, I know. It was a gift from her foster sister, who was beginning to insist that she wear it. Doesn't it all just spell Hot Topic employee? The girl had on a fitted black t-shirt with multi-colored neon bones on the front that made the semblance of what her torso would look like under an x-ray. Over that was a black cloth jacket and black fingerless gloves, inspired by Bam Margera (because she has no "life"). Her fingernails were painted black but the paint was chipped. She had planned to repaint them later the evening she got sent over. A Skid Row bandana was tied around her head, probably to attempt the 80's glamrock look. A pair of jeans with ripped knees barely saved the effect from that of "hippy". Lacretia did her eye makeup with eyeliner and mascara.

History:
The girl was young when her parents were slaughtered in front of her very eyes. She was raised by fairies in a nearby forest for the remainder of her childhood. She was sent to Althanas to be given the chance at herodom and revenge for her parents' deaths. In the meantime she became a rock star and married a frog that turned into a handsome prince. No, just kidding.
Versaill was raised by a pair of very loving foster parents. She had heaps of multi-racial other adoptees as siblings and was never lacking company (although she was lacking things to wear on occasion because her sisters liked to borrow her stuff). Inspired at a young age by magicians that came into the suburbs of Queens for a festival, she decided to try her hand at the stuff herself. She got quite good.
Eventually Lacy was sent to live in New York City with her foster mother's sister when there were too many kids in the house for comfort. So would that be her foster aunt...or would it be another foster mother? Well, no matter. On the streets of her beloved city, Lacy honed her skills in street magic (impromptu and stage) as well as her other interests such as art and mechanics. One day, her foster aunt (or foster mother numero dos) decided it was time for the girl to get a job. Before she knew it, Lacretia was signed to work at a used book store. Within the moth-mauled shelves and book-worm-bitten novels the girl found a book on magic. The girl slipped it home with her that night (stole it) and decided to do a spell after dinner, kind of as a joke. She didn't expect it to work, even though she might have hoped it would. Throwing on one of her nerd brother's black cloaks, she flipped open to a random spell. Transportation. It sounded good to her. So Versaill tried to teleport to Alabama. However as she made her way through the spell the room began to glow because the spell was working. Lacretia was sent to Althanas accidently because she was surprised and accidently said a cross between "holy shit" and "Alabama", making Althanas. Lucky Lacretia! The book didn't come with her. However, she did get her backpack (because she was sitting on it). Arriving at the newfound land, the girl got her wish in a sense. Her magic skills had suddenly become real.

Skills:
-Magic Tricks. These would be general street magic tricks that do not involve ACTUAL magic. Levitation, disappearances/reappearances, you name it. Mostly the petty stuff as in no sawing-in-halfs or flying. She's not Pen or Teller quite yet.
-Magic. For real this time. Lacretia has the power to do her tricks for real except she doesn't have a clue how to work it. She is at this time, still caught up in disbelief. Directing her power, focus, convincing herself she isn't crazy, and such doodads are her most straining obstacles.
-Hypnotism. Well the psychiatrist down the street can do it, so why are you so surprised? However, in order for it to work Lacretia needs eye contact and the person to be mentally distracted (i.e. not focused on not getting hypnotized).
-Art
-Enough self defense to keep you in good shape on the NYC's streets

Weaknesses:
Lacretia is having a hard time adjusting to her new environment, but is enjoying in thoroughly.
Lack of concentration power. Easily distractable.
No sense of subtlety or tactic.

Do you have a bunny? Or a hat? Can you make an elephant (preferably chumely the elephant) disappear? You have to list those things! I can't approve you without them!!!

Actually, I can. You are approved! Welcome to Althanas.
