Who Says Ghosts Can't Hurt You?

When I created Ira, she was supposed to be a more horror oriented fantasy character. The ghost and spirit aspect of her race was not supposed to be the kind of battle it has turned into, but I am not exactly upset with the step my character has taken. I would just like to do at least one quest that has a more horror element to it than others I will be doing.

So I’ll be looking for 2-3 people to join me in ridding a dilapidated mansion of the creepy crawlies that dwell within. This will take place in a small village in the Corone, the mansion belonging to the family that once ruled over the village. It has been abandoned for many decades now and has fallen into disrepair. The villagers will refuse to talk about what events led up to the Lord’s demise but will not stop us from going to the mansion. Once in there, our characters won’t be able to leave and will have to fend off countless ghosts and try to unravel the mystery behind why the mansion is haunted in order to prevent themselves from being the next set of spirits to walk it’s halls.

This isn’t first come first serve, I’ll be picking characters based on how I think they would fit in with the actual story. Oh, and if you join and stop posting I will hunt you down and kill you. ^^

Oh, that's me. He's a necromantic type character. Under that profile. I only have a couple battles with him and I think a quest would inspire me to write with him a bit more.

Heh, yeah the seven soul character would be a rather interesting addition to a haunting type quest.

I'm not sure if a mage would be the best choice as I may need fighters more, but who knows. I'll think on it and leave this open a little while longer and see if anyone else takes a bite.

Aside from my solo and my joint quest with Poison, I'm afraid I may have lost touch with my necromancer, also known as my main character on Althanas. When I made Lisean, he too was more directed towards the horror/suspense sort of quests.. and all he got was simple work and a few match-maker threads.

I believe that this quest could very well give me the opportunity to set him back on the right path, and turn him into the blunt, lifeless little runt I intended on him being in the first place. Lately I've been showing too much emotion, but maybe I can attune for it somehow in this little scheme you're planning.

Oh, and if it helps.. you know where I live. So, you can take great pleasure in killing me yourself if the reminders don't sink in. :p

Shadow Reaper, I've looked over your character profile and I don't think Sceadu is suited for this type of quest. However, he has some very interesting abilities especially when it comes to the soul aspects of his skills. It would be interesting to do a different kind of quest with him and Ira considering her skills and her job as a Calerian.

Koran is a heartless fellow, he'd steal the identities and the abilities of those he's working with. He has no preference. :D Just wanted to clear that up. :p

I've set it up so you can either wander into the town or respond to Ira's call for aid. If you have another idea as to why your character would be there, go for it, as long as it's not rediculously outrageous. Happy writing. ^^
