Quest questions

I found it once, and now that it's likely right in front of my nose, I can't find it again. What are the wordcount guidelines for a solo and battle? A regular quest is 10k I believe.

Also, why is this information not on the quests part of the FAQ with maybe some linkage to example quests?

It's the same as for a quest. Everything has to be either 10,000 words OR 10 posts long to get a proper judgment. If it's shorter then that, it's up to judge to decide what to do with it. Most award some EXP and give a few pointers.
