Purpose:
As The Devil of Crows first set foot on Althanas, he noticed the lack of suitable parties that didn't feature men in powdered wigs and petticoats. Gone were the days when he could crash any rave or frat house party for the good things in life; sex, drugs, and rock and roll. Hell, he couldn't even find AIDS, ecstasy or techno. So, it was his mission to form a group of shallow friends whose only purpose it was to have a good time; preferably at the cost of other people's happiness.
Ranking: While there are no real ranks within the Upper Crust, as every member is considered a patrician and equal, everyone is expected to take on a fake noble title just for shits and giggles.
Rules:
A set of OOC and IC rules are in place to join the The Upper Crust:
1.) You must have scored a 75 or above on any account of yours, past or present characters. Proof of this will be needed. (Indeed, this will be checked on a case by case basis, as exceptions can be made if the situation calls for it.)
2.) The character you enter the group with must live by his own set of morals. (No heroes pretty much. We like individuals, not clones of superman + batman's love child.)
3.) A donation of at least 50 gold is required to join. This would be added to the powergroup's fund, so that one day our dream of owning a manor of hedonism and perversion can be realized.
4.) One IC thread must be completed, with the character you're joining with, with me, or future members of the club.
