Personality: Despite her odd upbringing, Ciltimara grew up
as a fairly normal girl. Her demeanor and mannerisms don't
so much as make her seem threatening. She's very friendly
towards others, and has trouble understanding why people
would be wary of her just because of her profession. To her,
killing people is just a job and nothing more.
She is very sure of herself, and that reflects upon
the way she interacts with others.
Appearance: Tall and slender, Cil is what many would
consider cute moreso than beautiful. She carries herself
straight, and more fluidly as is usual for those so used to
moving silently.
Her hair is cut at shoulder length to provide less
of a liability in battle, and it is usually kept in a neat
ponytail so as to not obstruct eyesight.
She takes pride in her neatness, so her clothes are
usually spotless. She strongly favours the colour blue in
clothing, but materials vary from silk to regular linens.
History: The d'Leorno family. A name not known to many.
Contrary to most families, this is a testament to their
success at what they do. A family of trained assassins, the
d'Leornos pass on their knowledge and skill to their
children. Most of the time, this results in vicious,
bloodthirsty killers. Long ago the family consisted of a skilled wizard, who imbued the bloodline with a hereditary power of possesion. As can be imagine this was a great boon to his children through the years.
However, Ciltimara, who is known as Cil to her
friends and family, took a different view on her training.
Much like a child raised to be a doctor by a parent in the
same profession, she thought of it as a job and not much
more. This however did not make her weaker than her kin.
Her training began at the young age of 6, when she
was tasked with killing a deer. Since then she has
progressed far, but she still has a long way to go to meet
her families ancient standards.
To date she has taken and completed 178 contracts.
To her this is a job and the men she kills don't mean
anything to her. To her mind if she doesn't take the job
then someone else will. Her lack of the malicious intent and
bloodlust common among the rest of her family has aided her
over the years. Few people would guess her deadly and
disturbing past, even those who hold her as their closest
friend would not suspect it of her.
Recently, she has decided to take a break from
intense work to explore the land and meet new people. Of
course she wouldn't pass up a good job opportunity should
one present itself...
Skills: - Average skill with daggers, as well as stealth.
-Has an ability passed down through her bloodline to
possess a person's body, allowing her to control it instead.
This has several downsides, as her actual body is completely
lifeless and helpless while she is possessing someone. Any
injuries the possessed body takes, are also inflicted on
Ciltimara's body due to the strong connection her spirit has
to it.
**This skill is not affective on those who are mentally
defending themselves or expecting immediate danger. This
includes someone already battling, or preparing to battle
anyone, as their mind is focused and they would notice the
intrusion. Also, if used on another player's character it needs to be agreed upon before hand in OOC**
Equipment: - A pair of steel daggers
- A small blue piece of silk with arcane symbols on it. This
piece of cloth allows Cil to change the appearance of her
clothes when she holds it and focuses on it. ((This can be
removed if deemed too much for a new character, it's more
for flavour than anything. Just let me know if I should
remove it.))
-A 10ft length of rope
