I was like..so not far from level 4 before, and had 1705 gold, I think.

Torin has ice blue eyes, and has spikey brown hair. He wears fingerless leather gloves, a black muscle shirt with a long leather trenchcoat over top. He also wears black denim pants and well-worn black leather boots, along with a backsheath for Tanzalis.
History:
Torin was born a bastard child to Venai Rain and his wife. Venai left Torin to his best friend, Gelior Reahkari, and his wife Saialle Reahkari. He quickly grew, wondering why he looked so much different from both Gelior and Saialle, and Gelior finally let it slip that Venai was his real father, and that Torin had an older brother as well, Borna. Borna was taken to the far north village of Venar though. Torin, now 13, left to join the Kyorl and find Venai, but found himself underage and not trained with weaponry of any sort. He set out to find a blade he had heard legends about, Tanzalis, the twin blade of Dendalis, the sword his older brother wielded. As Torin searched throughout Alerar, he learnt of Time Magic and became an avid student of many books concerning the subject, quickly picking up on it. On his 17th birthday, he was searching through a port city known as Etheria on a rumour, and found the blade in a box buried deep in the sandy beaches. He attempted to pull the sword out of the box, but found it to weigh much more then he could lift. He tried once more, but the result was the same. Suddenly he felt something flow through him, and he picked up the mighty sword, carrying it with him from then on.
His search for his father finally drew to an end as his brother declared war against the Queen's way of life, as well as the Kyorl in Ettermire and South Alerar. Torin joined the Kyorl finally, finding his lieutenant to be none other then Venai Rain, and another private as his adoptive father, Gelior Reahkari. Torin rounded up some friends he had met along the way, and fought as his own sub-party, the Alerar Resistence. Everyone fought valiantly, and they suceeded in killing Borna's High General, Serilisk. But Borna himself escaped from battle. Torin celebrated with everyone else, but still had a nagging feeling about Borna, and lone behold he was right. A year later, Borna tried to attack again, this time from the south, a city Torin had called home many a time, Noria. By this time Torin had started a pirate based group, the Black Sails Armada, and tried a sea attack, but the attack failed and Torin fell in battle to his brother. A year later he was revived by his son which he had through a fling with a girl in Noria. With his second chance he vowed to bring Borna down.
A girl from Torin's unit, Amowyn Kristel, became infatuated with Torin, and vice versa within a short time of working together. They got married in Ettermire, trailing Borna back to Venar.

Strength - Torin can lift 1000 pounds with ease. *Always in effect.
Stop, Set, Rewind - One of Torin's most useful abilities, he can slow time down for 20 seconds while still being able to move. He can also use this ability to go back and view things he has experienced or learned about in the past, but can not change them. *Time slowdown barely affects bullets. It makes them dodgable, but only if Torin is already moving.
Firelight - Torin can make a small fire in his palm for 30 seconds.
