Xos peeked his head in the shop. He promptly sneezed.
Ahh good, nice and dusty. I knew that other shop had to be fake. Stuped charlatans, I've got more power in my right foot than they do in that entire shop.
He didn't know why, he just knew that all real Magic shops were chock full of dust. Privatly he wondered if it was a requirement. At least he knew never to go back to The Sorcerers closet, it was all sleight of hand and trickery. He doubted children were even impressed by it.
He walked in and looked around. There was the odd customer here and there looking at him strangely, but then he could not blame them. Most had probably never heard of science. He needed a staff, and he knew that.
Maybe something else for traveling too.
He walked up to the counter and sneezed several more times. He pulled a handkerchief out of his pocket and wiped his nose. putting it away he looked at the shopkeeper.
"Ugh, please pardon my sneezing. I'm allergic to dust. I'm getting ready to go on a long journey, and I find myself new to the subject. I'm hoping that as a fellow spellcaster you can help me get properly outfitted for a journey to someplace called the Citadel, I don't know much about it, I just hear you can fight and fight and fight and never die. Quite a mysterious place.
Anyways, back to the subject at hand, I'm sure I'll need at the very least a good staff to lean upon in my journey, and I was hoping you had one that was better than the average staff. One that's really there for it owner in the heat of a sudden battle. So, something of that nature, and anything else you can think of that I might be needing.
