Xos peeked his head in the shop. He promptly sneezed.

Ahh good, nice and dusty. I knew that other shop had to be fake. Stuped charlatans, I've got more power in my right foot than they do in that entire shop.

He didn't know why, he just knew that all real Magic shops were chock full of dust. Privatly he wondered if it was a requirement. At least he knew never to go back to The Sorcerers closet, it was all sleight of hand and trickery. He doubted children were even impressed by it.

He walked in and looked around. There was the odd customer here and there looking at him strangely, but then he could not blame them. Most had probably never heard of science. He needed a staff, and he knew that.
Maybe something else for traveling too.

He walked up to the counter and sneezed several more times. He pulled a handkerchief out of his pocket and wiped his nose. putting it away he looked at the shopkeeper.

"Ugh, please pardon my sneezing. I'm allergic to dust. I'm getting ready to go on a long journey, and I find myself new to the subject. I'm hoping that as a fellow spellcaster you can help me get properly outfitted for a journey to someplace called the Citadel, I don't know much about it, I just hear you can fight and fight and fight and never die. Quite a mysterious place.
Anyways, back to the subject at hand, I'm sure I'll need at the very least a good staff to lean upon in my journey, and I was hoping you had one that was better than the average staff. One that's really there for it owner in the heat of a sudden battle. So, something of that nature, and anything else you can think of that I might be needing.

((Getting Tired, sorry for not a long reply))

The owner of the shop watched the latest customer with ease, simply waiting for him to approach before speaking up to answer his request.

"Nihon wood is the best for that," the merchant explained simply. He mentally check the price of a stave of it. "Though it will ring up about 450 gold for a staff like that though. It will last longer then you would if you saw three turns of the century though."

450 gold? Well, that's a bargain comparied to the E-mall back in keesingale. I have no idea what the heck Nihon wood is, but I'm sure this man wouldn't lie to me and cheat me out of money.

"Before I agree, what is Nihon wood? I'm afraid I've never heard of it before." Xos asked.

"It's a very good quality wood for quarterstaffs, to say the least," the merchant replied. "I would highly suggest getting compared to most other woods. From a smaller island nearish Corone."

Xos appeared to toss it back and forth in his mind. After all, it wasn't really going to cost him that much, not with the free 300 dollar voucher he had been given.

"Ok, you have a bargain I just cannot pass up." Xos said. He put the 300 voucher and the 150 gold pieces on the counter.

"Altogether, 450 gold." Xos said.

The merchant quickly took the money and gave the man's change.

"Anything else?"

"Nothing I can think of, thanks." Xos said.

Xos goes to the Nihon wood section, and pulls out a dependable looking one.

"This one should be fine." Xos said.

"Good then, Please come again!" The merchant said with a grin at his customer. "I'm assuming you don't want anything else?"

((Leave or get something cheap, up to you.))

"Nope, I'll remember you though if I do." Xos said.

He walked out of the Bazaar.
