PC to NPC

Are there any particular rules, regulations or procedures for making a PC account into an NPC on another account?

I think you just have to specify that you are deregistering the PC account and reregistering it as an NPC in another account when you register the new account.

Then it shouldn't be a problem. Just PM a RoG mod and he'll unapprove the profile and you can add a NPC to another account at your leisure. You will, naturally, lose all of the gained EXP/GP from the character you're turning into an NPC.
