I want this thread to be relaxed and fun, but at the same time orderly, so we don't give the judge too big a headache.
Although I am not yet set to reveal the setting (you can probably guess easily enough), this entire thread will be written in REAL TIME. That is to say, once someone has posted, all subsequent posts after that will take place either simultaneously or after. This will give the judging moderator an easy line of chronalogy to follow. Also, avoid writing things like "he sat at the bar for fifteen minutes waiting for his drink". Each post you make should pick up exactly where your previous post left off. I will be QMing any major changes in time or setting.
Similarily, due to the number of people in this thread, it is crucial that you read every post and respect what everyone else has written. I will have created several NPCs which anyone may use. If someone else writes that the old man is puking in an alley, you can't have him begging for money at the same time. That said, I will also attempt to QM some of the action using my own character's influence and various NPCs.
Any updates/new info will be edited into this post. Whenever I add something new, I will post in this thread saying so.
For now, everyone who has been recruited to this thread must post here with the word "Registered" in their post.

I am pleased to announce that there will be several "special guests" writing cameos in this quest. I'm not going to say who they are, but you will most likely be pleasantly surprised.

The Thread is UP!!! (http://www.althanas.com/world/showthread.php?p=76835#post76835) I have a few suggestions that I cordially ask you take into consideration when posting.
--Have a reason for your character being in the club. If they "just wanted a night out", specify why they are in this particular place. If you can, give them a more interesting motivation for the night.
--At the end of my post, it was 7:30 pm. If your character wouldn't be out and about that early, consider waiting to enter.
--Once a few people are in, make an effort to interact with PCs rather than NPCs.
--The owner, the blond, and the security guards will be RPed by me, so don't bunny them. All of the other patrons, and servers, however, are free for you to use, so be sure to respect each others posts.
--Keep in mind the theme of this thread ;)
