Personality: Tenki would seem to have two different personalities depending on when you were around him. When not in combat or acting on behalf of the Time-Space Administration Bureau, Tenki is very layed back and nearly overly-friendly, quick to chat and have a good time. However, when in combat or on the job, Tenki is a ice cold tactician who rarely makes unneeded movements and would have no qualms about taking out anything in his way. This comes from the intense training he had before arriving on Althanas.
Accessories: Always around Tenki's neck is a metal arrowhead about 3 inches in length. The arrowhead has a notch running down its center from the tip to just before the bottom, giving it two points. Just below the junction a dark purple, almost black pearl-like jewel, smaller than a quarter appears to be set into the metal as if the metal had cooled around it. The arrowhead itself is made of thick and sturdy material and is silver colored except for an emerald green trim along the edges of the points and sides, effectively outlining it. The Arrowhead is his weapon, Luin, in standby form. (see below)
History: Born and raised on Midchilda, a planet where humans have long existed and have developed highly advanced levels of technology and science. Tenki showed a natural gift for using Devices and burned out several basic, dumbed down devices while in military training. This led to Luin being designed and built for Tenki's personal use upon being accepted into an investigation squad of the Time-Space Administration Bureau. Charged with hunting down those using technology in ways dangerous to the very fabric of space-time, Tenki was able to make several arrests in one of the more impressive rookie years on record. While investigating a series of recent temporal disturbances, Tenki was caught off guard and his personal craft was caught awash in a temporal rift brought on by the criminal. Emerging just above the Concordia Forest and with most systems failing, Tenki was forced to eject with only his civilian clothing and Luin still in his possession. The craft ignited shortly thereafter before slamming into a lake, and it is highly unlikely that any parts of the craft remain in anything close to usable condition. Not to mention underwater. With the realization that the world he was on was not only far from his own, but also far enough behind on technology that there was very little chance of him ever getting back, Tenki began to attempt to blend in with the world around him in the hopes that one day, he may become powerful enough to get himself home again.

Tenki has trained with Luin for several years and while nothing special, is knowledgeable in their use and handling and is thusly able to wield Luin as a direct combat weapon in the field.

Luin is a weapon built especially for Tenki by the Time-Space Administration Bureau. Classified as an Intelligent Device, Luin is weapon containing a highly advanced Artificial Intelligence that gives the device and user (Tenki) the ability to react to threats faster. The AI also gives Luin a personality of its own, best described as a supportive friend or sibling. Luin can make statements and observations on it's own, but nothing more than simple sentences. Luin utilities it's AI and the focused will of the user to affect a change or distortion in the local space. For example, using the Program "Lasair" will cause Luin to gather latent energy in the air around itself to create a short burst of energy and direct towards a target. To the people of Althanas, the way this is seem would best be described as magic, despite the high levels of science involved. As it is an AI and contains a mental link to Tenki, it is able to activate defense programs (spells) on it's own should Tenki be unable to react in time and only used in time of life or death. Luin cannot trigger the program if Tenki is already too tired to do it himself. Programs cannot be activated unless Luin is in Lancer form. Also, with the AI Luin has, can serve as a real time translator for languages Tenki doesn't know if it obtains some basic samples of the language. While Luin's core cannot be destroyed by means available on Althanas, the spear created in Lancer Form currently only has the strength of iron, and should it take enough damage, it would revert back to Stand by Form and take up to 24 hours to regenerate itself.

Lancer Form: Luin calls upon stored, compressed matter to become a custom built spear weapon. The spear has the same split tip design as the arrowhead and features the AI core, now the size of a saucer plate, sitting at the end of the shaft and close to the blades, with the shaft running about four and a half feet in length, with the split blade adding another foot and a half to it, for a total length of around six feet. The shaft is emerald green with a grip the same dark purple as the AI core.
Form Shift: From long periods of training, Tenki is able to switch Luin between Stand by and Lancer Forms near instantaneously.
Attack Programs:
Lasair: A short energy blast from Luin comparable to a bullet shot or small explosive depending on length of time taken to gather energy. Takes approximately 4-10 seconds of "charge" to be able to fire, and a higher powered shot takes more focus/will. Limited to 6 "bullet shots" or 2 "explosive rounds" per day.
Tonnchrith: Luin vibrates at a high frequency in an attempt to break thru armor/energy fields. Allows for Luin to attempt to break thru a steel weapon or field blocking it's progress. Can only allow for a slightly boosted attack power equal to steel and for a short time. Limited to 2 uses a day.
Movement Programs:
Seidean: allows for limited aerial movement (flight) or higher speed on the ground. Uses highly focused will but can be used at he same time as other programs. Tenki is not a good aerial fighter and will actually react slower in the air than he would on the ground. The speed boost granted on the ground is not a permanent boost and is more like a short term "nitro boost." Usable ONCE a day in combat, and only for a max of 2 posts. Can use more in a RP thread provided Tenki isn't tired out as he can gather the will to do so slowly instead of having to calling on it faster in battle. While on Midchilda he was more used to using Seidean for flight, but the fact that Althanas has a more dense atmosphere then he is used to makes it much more tiring than it used to be.

Sciath: Small protection field a few feet across. Must be summoned by Tenki via a hand gesture (extended arm with a raised hand). Uses a large amount of will/focus, since it negates the force of the weapon/energy coming at Tenki. The field is only a foot ahead of the hand used to generate the field and can only stall for a few seconds. Can only be used 2 times a day. Can currently only block Delyn made weapons or lower.
And about the powergaming worries: Understood, I'm careful about that stuff.
