Before My Character's Profile, I would like to introduce you to the Rurorian race.

Appearance: A native to Althanas would probably assume that Rurorians were a form of Lycanthrope, or cat creature. While Rurorians do share certain features with both, they directly resemble neither. To add to there dissimilarities to both, the Rurorian's fur is can be colors that no common were-creature would normally have.

Planet of Origin: Ront (50 Light Years from Althanas)

Civilization Size: 500,000,000

Civilization Government: Police State

Notable Tech:
Interstellar Drive: Allows for travel at speeds greater that light can travel.
Plasma Weapons: Weapons which launch superheated plasma.

Evolutionary Quirks:
Fur: The Rurorians are covered in a thin fur ranging in color from blues to browns. Function normal in cold weather.
No Sweat Glands: Leaves the Rurorian rather uncomfortable in heat. Weak in hot weather.
Tail: Aids in Balance.
Large Brain/Body Size Ratio: Excellent Problem Solvers.
Large Ears: The better to hear you with.

Additional Notes: Viewed as the police of the galaxy, Rurorians share a planet approximately 4 times the size of Althanas with 2 other races. Each of Roth's races handle one of 3 major groups that they are born into, One takes the role of each Bureaucrats, Military, Working class. Rurorians are the Military on Roth. Roth's government strictly prohibits interaction with Althanas on basis that it is considered an developing planet, and said interactions could damage the important developmental stages in a planet's history. Roth was assumed to have taught the native people of Althanas "tradespeak", considering that it is known as "Rosh" on Roth, and is the official language of Roth.

Tac

Name: Tac (Essentially this is how Tac's first and last name sound phonetically when sounded out together.)

Age: 57 Althanian years (Less than 5 of Roth's Years) (Adult hood is reached at 30; Old age is ~700; Oldest living Rurorian is 1,234; Life expectancy of ~400)

Race: Rurorian

Hair Color: Blue Fur Covers Body

Eye Color: Green

Height: 6'1" (7'5" when legs are fully extended)

Weight: 226 lb

Occupation: Military Police

Personality: Portrays the stereotypical Rurorian. Down to business know-it-all. Speaks while holding himself in high regard. Pompous and Crude, thinks of the Rurorians as the most superior race in the universe. His off the handle temper is reinforced by his booming and masculine voice. Tac has a commanding presence that often makes others feel safe while under his watch. Tac is quick witted and often jokes about tense issues. His race's role as the Peace Keepers often makes Tac have a annoyed disposition when someone tries to take authority over him.Tac is very competitive.
Appearance: Quite tall, Tac is coated with a thin blue fur from the Rurorians indigenous to the polar ice caps of Roth. His chest and mussel hare covered with a much softer, fluffier, and longer red hair. The red hair means that his sub-race of Rurorian was of cave dwellers in their Civilizations tribal stages. His fur combinations tell that his sub-race were originally from the caves in the northern pole of Roth. Tac has rather large green eyes which, in Rurorian wives tales, means that lady luck is a friend of his.

History: Rather young, Tac was not a planned birth. He was born on a Rurorian Military space station only 57 years ago. His father was a soldier, and his mother a medic, they met while Tac's mom treated his father for wounds he gained during The Fall of Sano-19 (considered as the first major loss of the Rurorian army, in which the flagship Sano-19 was destroyed by a long time enemy military from near-by planet Dresh). Tac was raised by the nursery staff at one of the military bases on Roth until the age of 20 (Assume all years mentioned are in Althanas years). At 20 Tac was sent to the finest military school on Roth. Though, to outsiders it may seem impressive, a Rurorian whose father and mother were both in battle has the choice to any school on Roth.

After Graduating at the age of 35, which is an average time in military school for Rurorians, Tac joined The Central Police Force. For 20 years Tac served as a police officer for Roth's Central City. 2 years ago Roth declared Invasion Status on Dresh, sending the Rurorian's into a military draft. Tac was drafted as one of Central's Finest, and tasked with recon missions to a Dresh asteroid mining operation on the far side of Althanas.

On a recent solo mission to said mining operation Tac's small personal shuttle was ambushed by Dresh's newly instated Industrial Defense Squad. Tac was able to escape, though only barely, his ship was damaged badly enough that he had to preform an emergency landing on Althanas, on the coast Fallien. His ship is unstable to be flown, and will probably explode on ignition, not to mention that the air reserves were completely lost. Only a skilled Rurorian technician with the proper materials could fix it. Tac have been using his ship as his living quarters for the past few weeks. Though he can't fix it, there are still many parts that could be salvaged for other uses. More than anything Tac worries that if he is found, he may be tried for interfering with a developing planet. With food supplies getting low, Tac must now venture out to find some type of more steady income of food.

Skills:
Acrobat: Tac's Planet is much larger than Althanas and therefore has a much stronger gravity. Tac can move around quite easily on Althanas, making him an above average acrobat.
Speed: For the same reason as his increased acrobatics, Tac can run at speeds around 1.3x that of humans.
Military Affinity: Allows use of the Rurorian Defense Pistol, for both Mêlée and Ranged Purposes at a below average quality. Can Not Learn traditional Magic. (To understand how the Pistol works see the Description.)

Equipment:
Flashlight: Tac is unsure about the state of Althanas' development, and believes the "Light Stick" may scare natives away.
First Response Shirt: Rurorian Military Forces issue, automatically applies pressure to a wounded area. A self mending shirt; when cut or scraped the shirt will reweave itself. Offers no protection from attacks.
First Response Shorts: Work similar to the First Response Shirt
First Response Gloves: Work similar to the First Response Shirt and First Response Shorts.
Cargo Vest: For carrying things. No Protection from attacks.
Rurorian Defense Pistol: Works the same way a fireball would for a mage type character. The Rurorian defense pistol is carried by all Rurorian militants. Spews very hot plasma at fair speeds over a maximum distance of 50 yd. Locked by Roth's government: While on a planet deemed "developing" can only be fired 4 times in one day before its locked, and no longer can fire for the day. The Developing Planet Lock also Limits the strenght of the pistol, weakening it to only cause minor burns and can't even match the speed of an arrow. The Rurorian Defense Pistol has a very sharp edge to it, though, which functions as a bayonet. The Pistol's blade is made from a polymer about as strong as Iron. The Pistol's Bio-lock prohibit it from ever being sold.

Finally Tac with his Rurorian Defense Pistol.

A plasma shot and a fireball might look similar, but they're very different when applied. Plasma can eat through just about anything, whereas a fireball can't. Right now, I want for your "pistol" to be able to fire plasma that can only cause minor burns and that the shot travels slower then an arrow.

EDIT: Also, you can't ever sell the pistol.
