Psychiatric Evaluation, Arie Military
CONCLUSION: CLASS A, Fit to Serve

PSYCHOLOGIST’S NOTES:
Maverick Wyfind is a confident man. Maverick tends to distinguish himself from others with the bearing of regality. He tends to be running a thin line between confidence and arrogance. He maintains strong bearing and is highly organized. Maverick manages stress well and is prone to remaining strong through hardship; he maintains a level-head. It is doubtful that he would be undergoing any mid-life crisis or suffer from psychological trauma while serving in the military. Furthermore, it is highly unlikely that he would crack under enemy torture, stress while serving in the military, or become victim to psychological warfare or propaganda.

Maverick is sane and free from psychological disorders; he is mentally and psychologically fit. He is fit to serve within the military and is a perfect candidate for an officer position. Maverick is not overly emotional or empathetic but does not distance himself from others. He tends not to be too trustful of people when he first meets but would be rather inclined to make long lasting friendships after getting to know them.

Medical Evaluation, Arie Military
CONCLUSION: CLASS A, Fit to Serve

DOCTOR’S NOTES:
Maverick Wyfind is fit. His body-fat is low and within regulations to serve within a special unit. He is of average strength. Maverick does not have a history of long-term diseases and is fit to travel abroad while in service. Furthermore, he is up to date with all immunizations and has a healthy body. I see no objection in allowing Maverick to enlist in the military; he meets all standards and regulations to enlist and in some cases exceeds them.

HISTORY
Excerpts from Maverick Wyfind’s Diary:

It is day 391 of the fourteenth year of the lord. There have been rumors in recent days of a revolution that is brewing to destroy the reign of our monarchy. I cannot stand these unpatriotic fools. I believe they will soon deploy my unit to destroy this insurgency. I await those orders and continue to prepare myself and my unit for battle. We are preparing for the worst but hoping for the best.

Today is day 395 of the fourteenth year of the lord. The rumors were correct. Revolution is in fact brewing. The rogues have gone as far as attacking the marketplace outside of the Royal Palace. They have issued a statement that the Royal Palace is next. The king has ordered all officers in the royal military to prepare for battle. We will fulfill our duty to him and the empire in which we serve daily. It is our honor to do battle in his name abroad and at home. However, the enemy that we fight is much closer than we expected.

The sounds of bullets plague the capital city of Gundzol. My unit’s specific purpose is to do battle in urban areas. This evening the king ordered our unit to do battle by tomorrow morning. The rogues have issued a statement that they will assassinate the king and his queen in six days, on the first day of the fifteenth year of the lord. My unit has less than one week to seek out the rogues and eliminate the threat that they pose to the monarchy. My men are ready and we are confident that we will be able to return home for the Yearly Festival. I am ready to accept my third medal for outstanding patriotism, as is the rest of my unit. We are the most heavily decorated unit for a reason. We have never been defeated and we have never failed the king. I do not doubt my men or my skill. We will wake up tomorrow to quell this rebellion. These rogues will regret ever threatening any harm to the monarchy.

Today is day 399 of the fourteenth year of the lord. I am no longer in Gundzol. My unit has failed. We have been captured. They have spared me for information for I am the officer. Yet, I did not crack. They have killed ten of my men. I am writing this by moonlight. I overhear people in the nearby streets talking and gossiping about how the queen has been killed and the king forced to exile in the neighboring nation of Aghau. The rogues have completed their task one day early than they had anticipated. I fear that I will be killed tomorrow in the Yearly Festival. It is Arie tradition to have the monarchy participate in the festival in the most grandiose of celebrations. I believe they will execute me in public as a traitor to what they call the new frontier, the new Arie Republic.

It is day 2 in the first year of the Republic. Surprisingly, they continued celebrations of the Yearly Festival. The terrorists did not kill me. They call themselves the Sons of the New Republic. They have given me a task instead of executing me. They say that to execute me would be too draconian, something that their new Republic is not. However, I fear that this task is simply their spin to kill me. They are sending me to Althanas tomorrow. I have never heard of this Althanas, although I expect to pick up local customs quickly, as I have been trained in the military. Althanas is the new planet that they the new republic is attempting to colonize. They want me to begin the efforts of colonization. The Sons are sending me to do intelligence scouting. I am an officer now reduced to the work of mere non-commissioned officer. They seek not to kill me but send me to do the unknown. Although, I am sure that they believe that I will die, I know better of my skill, my ability, my talent, and my strength.

They have seized my equipment. I have found out that the rest of my unit has been eliminated. I am the only one that will be sent to Althanas. The rest of my men have been killed. I am left only with my standard issue field knife that I keep in my boot. I believe that my habit had saved me one tool. I do not know anything about this Althanas. I will attempt to learn as much as I can in this new world. I will not fail the king and my country. I will be back to Arie to restore the monarchy and keep the glory of the nation in tact.

Umm....first off, Althanas is a planet, not a continent (from your history)

Next, can you edit in his skills, please?

Thanks for catching the subtleties and the little things that I have missed.

The profile has been updated.

I don't like that he's proficient off the bat in use of a rifle, even though you don't have one. Maybe we can omit that for now, and by the time he gets one, if he gets one, he's gotten rusty?

Ah, that's fair enough given that he's a level zero character; it has been edited.
