What's the situation in Serenti?

I was tossing around the idea of having a good chunk of my solo taking place there. But with the civil war going on and all, I was wondering how safe that town would be to begin with.

The town is currently safely under control of the Corone Empire and no war has come to it. It's garrisoned with a fair number of CAF soldiers and there is a number of warships protecting it from the sea.

For the record, the only people who really have to worry about the current situation are folks like us. ;) The Empire isn't some crazy dictatorship that's running around the country pillaging and plundering at will.

But what about Akashima, Nya? They may be neutral for now, but a little bird in the Capital is bound to know something's wrong.
