Right now, My gold and Karla's gold says 200 (300) What does this mean? please respond. I am confused.

It means you have 200 GP, and a 300 GP voucher that expires a month from the date of registration -- in your case, 23 August.

Basically, you have 500 GP at the moment to go buy stuff with. Historically, it's been 100. This means you can toddle over to the Bazaar and get a cool shiny thing that you traditionally wouldn't have been able to get as a level zero.
