Description: While petite, slender and frail looking Isa is a full 'grown' woman. From the slender curve of her hip to the ageless maturity of her delicate triangle of a face it is obvious she is in the prime of her life.
Isa's hair is a brightly gleaming mass of shoulder length silvery hair. Each individual strand is actually clear as crystal. Her skin is the palest shade white that is humanly possible, it holds a slight blue tint through it. Her lips and nails are colored with the shade of blue that comes from being out in the cold for far, far too long. The air around Isa is always cooler than air in the surrounding environment.
Personality: Isa is not and was never human. She does not understand human morals, modesty, sexuality or most emotions. Much like the element she was created from Isa is cold and merciless person, yet kind her own way she can be kind.
Abilities: Frost Bite - Any form of skin to skin contact will result in chilling of that area. If the contact remains for ten minutes or more the skin touching Isa will become frostbiten.
Black Ice - A three foot area is covered with a thin veneer of ice for up to five minutes. Isa must come into direct contact with the area she wishes to effect.
Frozen Mist - Isa can partially (3/4 of her body body/ outline is still visible) obscure her form in a cloud of frozen water vapor. The temp within the cloud is just below freezing point. The cloud hides Isa only at this time, a area about three feet in diameter
In addition Isa can create two small daggers made of ice. The ice blades are as sharp as glass but extremely fragile. If a blade leaves her hand it begins to melt immediately and become useless. Isa is also able to cloth her body in ice and frost.
She a has a below average ability with using the daggers.
History: Once a frost child a short lived creation of the hoarfrost. Her only purpose was to bring cold, ice and frost to the world during her short life. Once Spring's warm touch began to melt her ice, the frost child was driven back to the Hoarfrost and absorbed back into it.
On a whim, a nameless god bound the frost child in physical form, naming her Isa. After only a short time the god cast her aside in boredom. Leaving her to wander the realms and worlds as she wished.
