Personality: She is quiet and brooding. She never says anything untill the dust has cleared. She is generally nice to strangers and is always ready to help. She always waits for the proper information before judging. Her likeable exterior can sometimes give way to a firey rage if sorely provoked.

Appearance: Extremely tall, slightly intimidating and yet still approachable. She is sometimes described as attractive.


History: Affra was born to a family of burrow merchants and breeders in a land of hot muddy swamps. Affra has 4 older sisters and 3 younger sisters. At the age of 12, she, her mother, aunt, sisters, and grandmother all immigrated to the big city and set up shop. The swamp society she migrated was heavily matriarchal, so her father and two brothers wait in the swamp until the family earns enough money for them to come. The family name refers to unusal hairstyle of a large mass of braids woven together that the family has modeled since its founding.


Skills: Advanced fencing, survival skills and swamp magic. Swamp magic includes the ability to create various minions out of mud and water, to cast curses and create protective and mailcous charms and enchantments. Swamp magic cannot be used in the heat of the battle, it requires time to use effectively.

Clay Minions:
Can only inflict extremely minor damage.
Are mostly used as scouts.
Fire or heat wll immediatly destroy them.

Curses:
Only minor stuff such as slightly slower footspeed, hair loss, and pimples.

Protective enchantements:
Can only do things such as increasing fire resistance and clearing facial blemishes.


Equipment: Steel schimitar, endless rope, large magically streching towel, money, extra set of clothes, bridle, and steel hunting knife

Familiars: A burrow who can run very fast, but not magically fast.

I'm going to give you some leeway with Swamp Magic because it can't be used in battle. But keep in mind that regardless of that, you need to keep its effects reasonable, so all spells you cast should be very weak at this point. If you powergame it, the judge will punish it.

I need to know what are your weapons (scimitar and the hunting knife) made of. They can be iron or steel right now. Also, I need to know in what way is the towel magical.

Also, how exactly can a burrow be a familiar? I thought that a burrow is basically a hole in the ground.

The towel is magical in the way that it can stretch into to size of a large canopy
. The hunting knife and schimitar ar both made of steel. I meant burrow in the way of donkey. I'll make those changes along with some clarifications on the magic right away. Thanks for the feedback.
