If your character was real...

Think about it, given your character's background, personality and mental state, just what do you think they'd be doing in our modern world of Earth?



Witchblade - well, I'm rather certain she would have gone on a mass killing spree during some point of her life. But at the trial found not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect and then sent to a state medical centre for the rest of her life.

Ira Shinkara - That's a tough one. Knowing her need to protect the innocent and all that she could be in law enforcement and with the ability to see and talk to the dead she'd probably make a great detective. Then again, she could also be the next John Edwards. >.> (for those of you that don't know, John Edwards was this medium guy with a tv show for like two weeks)

Lasair Anubail - she'd probably be running her own little occult shop of some kind. Either that or she would have stumbled down a dark alleyway during her youth and gotten killed.

A'rai Dienn Salaturn - Hmmm... she'd probably have manipulated some old guy with a lot of money, married him and then watched him die to then inherit said money. o.O



I already have a few ideas for some of the characters on Althanas, but post what you think your character would be doing in our world.

Xos, he would be a scientist with a professorship somewhere having obtained multiple degrees in multiple fields.

Aiko, as she has died she would be worm food, although if she was alive she would be in an insane asylum for the criminally insane.

Destrudo, wrestler or Marine, small chance he would be a perma-resident of Riker's Island Penitentary.

Valanthe, she would be a ranger, or a zookeeper, definatly an environmentalist and having a job of some kind relating to nature.

Rahegalhoff, preacher. Definatly a preacher, either for one of the religons of Abraham, or for a dark and deadly cult which he would be leader of.

Viola would be in solitary confinement in a super-max security prison. Her weapons, due to being inseparable from her body, would form the basis of her prison, cast six feet deep in the concrete of her floor. She would only be able to move as far as the chains would allow her, and tending to her cell would be the job of the people who ****ed up royally in other areas. Her room would be soundproof so her random insane outbursts and one-sided conversations would not drive the other inmates madder than they already were.

Elijah and Nadia would be an on again/off again couple that ran a comic book, game, or pawn shop.

Madison... Well, she'd be the quiet one at the office, the one that everyone is worried will bring in some semi-automatics on Casual Friday. She'd be the secretary to a middle manager, more than likely.
