I became a Moderator on another roleplaying site!!!

While this is good news in itself for me, it also means I'm gonna have to devote some time to that site as well. If you notice i'm not power posting like I used to do, that's why. I'll still be on here as usual, but I won't be over-posting or anything and do a limited amount of quests. Same goes for my character Whiteshadow, and Shortie_Chee (although I've done NOTHING with her....:p).

Seriously, that's the best advice I've found. If you treat your members nicely, they'll respect you and won't break the rules as much. That doesn't mean to simply let them run free, but be nice and they will (generally) be on better behavior.

Being straight-forward and think about the site as a whole is a pretty general advice. Also, know when to not get involved in an argument. Stay thy tongue when faced with rage.

Lol still thx for giving me something like that to go over so I know how to deal with troublesome players. we might have that on our site, as it is a FF7 rping site...I can only see the number of people making god Sephiroth characters and then whining when we deny their characters and tell them to edit. ^^
