He follows through to his goals, even if it means his death, and tries to do what he feels is right instead of what he feels would be in his best benefit; however, his sometimes leaves him falling into enemy traps when he is tricked into helping out the wrong person. When meeting new people, he is rarely the one to make the first move, but finds it easy to make the second.
Appearance: Typheus has a slight muscular build and stands at about 5'9" His hair is untidy and is a bit spiky. His ears are slightly pointed, poking up into any parts of his hair that may be hanging down. His face is slightly gaunt, but not to an extent that would make him resemble a vampire. His trademark is his white clothing, resembling his ultimate role as a guardian of light. He typically wears a white wife-beater and white jeans, along with white and silver shoes. His trench coat is white with silver interlaced into it, giving it a shining effect. He typically keeps an upright posture to try to look the part of a hero.
History: "Created" at age 22 in the year 255A.F. in his own universe, he soon joined the Collective Federation Military and took on the Wise, a large group of civilizations that wanted to force a change in the minds of those who had not yet joined them. After fighting them for about a year, he came into contact with an enemy unlike the others. His name was Seriph and he was known as the owner of hell itself. His strength was unmatched, being able to bring down entire cities all by himself. Typheus fought him and eventually won, but Seriph got away, but not before revealing that he was the leader of a race of billions just like him. They became known as the Faceless.
Soon after, Typheus also learned that he was the reason the Faceless came into being, and how he was created in the first place. He used to be nothing more than a giant crystal that was the center of the universe's energy. When the Wise leader, Alphonse, destroyed the crystal, he was reborn as Typheus, but he wasn't complete. His real body was tucked away in a large hollow crystal floating in space which he needed to merge with if he wanted to stand a chance against the impending Faceless onslaught.
After having the Federation forces help him fight through the Wise lines, he reached the crystal housing his old body, but not before meeting Seriph again, who was now leading an army of human-shaped entities who were bent on his death. Thanks to the Wise realizing the Faceless threat and forming a temporary alliance with the Federation, the Faceless horde was stopped long enough for Typheus to enter the crystal, merge with his own body and kill Seriph in one fell swoop.
The Faceless were on a full retreat, but Typheus could not allow them to roam freely in his universe. He manifested a large vortex, only targeting the Faceless horde, but the power within the vortex built up and it released a tremendous explosion, ripping a hole in space and sending Typheus out of his own universe and into another random one, which happened to be Althanas.
Skills: Before acquiring his ultimate power in his own universe, he was the guardian of light, which gave him enough control over light to be able to use it for even destructive purposes. These powers were all lost to him as he stumbled into the Althanas universe because the metaphysical laws had changed. He now has to relearn his use over light if he wants to be the warrior he once was.
He was also good in swordplay in his universe, but that was due to having an enormous amount of strength. His skills have become lax in his lack of need to actually try to out do his opponent. He is around a level of above average in terms of swordplay, even though he was a master in his own universe. In order to become a better sword user, he would need to start his training once again.
Equipment: A forged light sword which was created from a very heavy concentration of light forged into physical being. It is his only weapon, and his only true connection to his former powers over light. While it resembles a metal, the forged light blade isn't really made out of any materials except highly concentrated light particles. The blade is about as strong as steel even though it used to be able to withstand sitting in the core of a sun.
