I only know this 'cause of the crazy astro-analysis lady at my work. That 'sidereal' as Wiki calls it is your second sign. Each sign is divided into three different sections depending on when you were born giving you a second sign from which you take other attributes that help make you up. She called it something else than 'sidereal' but I can't remember what it is right now. It's just a more indepth version able to narrow down your personal traits easier.
