Personality: Stanley is fairly quiet in a large group, and in public is often easy to look over. He is quite reserved unless he has a little while to warm up to people. One on one he has a much larger comfort zone and will open up slightly more. When in conference with multipul speakers he will often be silent, as he is afraid to interrupt. Will not force his opinion on others, but is fairly unwaivering on his own. Very diverse and accepting.
Appearance: Tall and Skinny, a tell tale sign of defined abdominal muscle can be observed, and one could suppose that Stanley has worked out before. Stanley is Pale faced and often has a furrowed brow, making him appear uninviting. His auburn hair is short and unkempt often pushed upward on the front as a result of where his hand goes when he rests his head. Stanley is usually well shaved, and maintains sideburns running 3/4 of the way down his face. While standing and setting he holds himself very straight up and down, with a high held chin. Dresses in casual dress clothes, usually shirts with collars and a tie, overlapped by a snug black suit jacket.
History: Stanley had an uninspired childhood, until the age of 15 when he was incarcerated for vandalism, destruction of property, and arson. He spent 3 years in jail, then was bailed out by his working class parents who had bargained with the local militia allow Stanley to be freed if he would offer 3 years of service to the military, and remain in the reserves. Stanley was appointed to a small patrol group that walked the road between Underwood and Jadet in Carone. In his spare time he would check books out from the local libraries on the subject of folklore and mythology. Stanley quickly became a database on all of the local legends, myths, ghost stories, and wives-tales.
After serving his term as a soldier Stanley remained in Underwood where he met his ex-fiancé, Karen, who worked as a Historian in the chamber of commons. While Karen worked to support Stan, he studied medical sciences and worked apprentice to the local equivalent to an EMT where he learned lifesaving techniques, and a vast amount about the human anatomy. The marriage was canceled when Stanley and Karen had an argument about the matter children. Karen had wanted children, while Stanley did not. Stanley soon after hopped town on an underground railroad-type smuggler ship from Jadet. He worked as a look out on the mast of the ship, was paid only in food and "Thank you"s. At the age of 25, 3 years after he had left Underwood, he returned to find that Karen had moved away, and that there was a deficiency in medical staff, so he soon offered his services, and worked as an emergency life saver and surgeon until he turned 28 when he was told to report back for service. Stanley is now touring the world as a Military Relief agent, helping wounded soldiers, and promoting general well fair of visited towns.
Stanley's hobbies include writing, folklore (particularly ghost stories), and playing the harmonica.

Life Saving Skills: Stanley is a skilled life saver and knows a vast amount about the human body. He can preform CPR, and is skilled at bandaging wounds. Stanley is unexperienced with wounds from magic, or ill effects from foods, drinks, or potions. Stanley can stabilize a medium combat or natural wound with ease, but the healing is left up to the patient. He can stabilize a critical wound, but can only stop the patient from dieing, without other attention the patient's condition will often deteriorate.
Improvision: Stanley is an fairly good improviser. In a tough situation he can usually come up with a solution in a short amount of time. When low on bandages can often mace a few out of a torn shirt or pant leg.
Swordsmanship: From his time in the military he has a basic knowledge of how to swing a sword, but coupled with his advanced knowledge of anatomy, he is theoretically fairly deadly in combat. Though, he lacks experience, he could be described as average, though there potential for growth.
Folklore: Stanley could talk his way out of many situation, if need be. He has the ability to recall countless stories of myth, legend, supernatural, superstitious, and plane silly children stories. Stanley has a fairly good knowledge of famous landscape marks, and towns.
