Raiaera is under attack. What I could use is a player character that is working as a commander for the evil necromancer doing the attacking.

What you'll need: sufficient evil to want to do this for the hell of it, or sufficient self-interest to see loot and plunder in it for yourself when you raze Eluriand to the ground.

What you'll have: an army to command against the beleaguered defenders of the Elvish capital -- a powerful army.

What you'll get: normal FQ rewards along with the substantial chance of an "Exemplary Contributor" reward.

And finally, I'm willing to accept more than one person to serve in more than one role as a commander of the evil forces. So if you're tired of all the goody two-shoes out there, join up with Xem'zund.

And not to give anything away, but this might also be your bad guy's chance at achieving some real power in Althanas. Consider it.

Wow, you know what's nuts? I was just going over to Manda about my plan and reasonings on why Dan would be working for Xem'Zund. I figured if it all worked out, I'd get some position to this sort.

I don't know. If you can use me, since I was already planning for it, okay. If you get someone else, I guess I can just kill him. The bad guys do that to each other. Fu fu fu!

EDIT:

Reasoning: Self-interest, Xem'Zund promises to bring his daughter back to him, promises of power.

Eeeevil! Won't be using Calico, of course. I'll be using Jade Vipress, fallen pseudo-god and hater of the material world. If you'll have me.

Evil? I've got more than enough evil to have him take an interest in me. As long as I can see, I can be as evil as I need to be. If nothing else, the Lucis twins could fill this role. They do go to the highest bidder, and I'm sure he's got plenty of bargaining chips that the elves can't match.

The only reason I haven't started a thread already is I don't have the first clue about what to do.

Twisted Infinitum and Viola Darkstalker, feel free to post in the quest above as leaders of columns of troops in Xem'zund's army. We'll probably soon do some splitting into different threads, but for now we're consolidated there.

You can control zombies, corrupted elves (explained in the first post of the above thread), or a variety of undead things -- anything that once lived can be undead, from trees to frogs to insects. Just try to keep the animals you use weird -- I'd like to see an undead dragon at some point, for example, but this thread is not at that point...yet.

Dan, let's talk. When you get to the appropriate point in Manda's quest, I'm quite certain you would make a fine leader for the necromancer.

Will do. I'll even be level six; a lot better for Xem'Zund.

Hope that measures up D: I'd be more than happy to edit him or tweak around with another of the ideas I mentioned to you on AIM.
