I think the point that's trying to be made, Seth, is that you are not a level 4-7 Mriswith. Besides, if Cyrus wanted to battle an NPC, why would he need you? And on top of that even, I don't think it even matters seeing as (unless I'm mistaken) NPC aren't allowed in battles unless under the sole permission of the opponent...

I would clarify that if you post a thread called "i kill you k?" you should be prepared for a bit of trash talking. I see no reason to criticize string-o-numbers for "trolling." He was clearly engaging in the time honored tactic of playing with an opponent's mind.

Now, he did get a bit off track there towards the end, especially after Cyrus did very politely -- and very maturely, might I add -- request it to stop. That was definitely the right thing to do, Cyrus, and thanks for being the bigger man. But Dissinger bears a bit of the blame for escalating what could have been just run-of-the-mill trash talk.

Be very careful calling each other "trolls." Sometimes, especially in threads like these, macho-talk can sound like trolling when it really isn't -- but calling someone a troll can quickly lead to them feeling just defensive enough to actually become one.

I don't mean to countermand Serilliant here -- I fully support what he said regarding the situation. I'm just counseling everyone to take a deep breath.
