I hope you all are having a wonderful evening this fine night. I am a newcomer to this site and wanted to properly introduce myself before getting involved (also to stall for time while I finish reading the FAQ). I figured I woulld make some pleasant conversation with you fine folks to pass the night. Also, any advice you could offer would be sincerely appreciated.

A good idea is maybe have an open quest that can grow in something more or to join something that looks fun. You can always propose something in the Roleplayer's Corner if you want to meet people before you RP with them.

Advice, eh? All right. How about don't eat anything given to you virtually, if it was possible, don't listen to these idiots, and start drinking as it's apparently the easest way to get JC's and puzzle out what the rest of these people are saying.

Drinking is the second easiest way to a JC. Some people have muses that can't do a god damn thing when they're inebriated, but sexual favors always pull through.

Awesome, a Hotel California reference. Sorry, I am an Eagles fan. Saw them in concert about 2 years ago.
Anyways, yes, Jareth is very hugable. Labyrinth is just one of those corny puppet movies from my childhood that I can't let go of that is made all the better by the wonderful presence of Bowie.
If only I could get a hold of a drink. I need it tonight -_-.

Hmmm....I feel like I should ask someone to try it first, just to make sure they are not poisonous. That would be dishonorable though. *shrugs and wolfs down a cookie* It can't be any more poisonous than the food they serve here in the dining hall. Some of that could take the paint of a wall.

I have all three MP movies, Spamalot on cd, and the entire Flying Circus collection on DVD. I could go on a Monty Python quote tirade all day long.
I also have no life, which allows me to do such a thing.
I have yet to see much of Monty Python and the Flying Circus. It seems that everytime I get an oppurtunity to watch it, fate is against me. Spamalot was brilliant though. I loved that they hide the grail under someone's seat. Although you have to love the ending to the movie, it was nice to see a resolution in the musical.

I too like Monty Python, however I haven't seen Flying Circus Or Spamelot. It came to Toronto but it didn't play for very long and I don't have that kind of money. >.>

As for th collar, just apply some skin lotion. That'll help it a little. Taking it off is a big no-no sadly. I will say that bad things happen when you do. Like suddenly being painted pink, or getting a fingernail ripped off or something.

Wouldn't that qualify under the "cruel and unusual punishment" clause of the constitution?

Heheheh, not on Althanas. :p Here it's my right to punish my slaves as I see fit.
Oh, and if you want a good skill/ability/magic thingy to take revenge on men with. Make a penis shrinking spell. A friend of mine actually registered a char on here with one, but sadly does not have the time to rp.
I have to wonder, would you need to get permission from the owner of the char the charm was being performed on to be able to pull of shrinking it? I have to admit, that ability would be very helpful in certain situations.
With most objects or....parts...that would be affected by an enchantment, you need to get the player's permission before messing with their stuff in a permanent manner...or even a temporary one.
(side note: yay for not being on the 'fair game list' of Preggerz up there)
